For Motorbikes, situated on the Wirral, is run by a team of passionate bikers. We don't just sell bike gear, we actively use and test it. It's a great excuse to get out on the bike and do what we love best. As a result, we only sell kit which we think you'll equally love. It goes without saying that we only stock protective clothing which not only meets official safety standards, but gear which excels in the performance stakes. This approach has led us to specialise in Nexx helmets.Nexx are a Portuguese company, who sell 25,000 helmets in France, are big in the US and mainland Europe, but have only just started offering their helmet range to the UK. We first met them at the Motorcycle Trade Expo at the NEC in 2009 and we were immediately struck by the quality of their helmets. This quality has since been endorsed by MCN, who rated the Nexx XR1R Carbon as "The best road helmet we've worn" in their 5 star review (click to read the full MCN review).Manufactured in an ISO9001-certified facility in Portugal, Nexx helmets feature extremely high production standards, which is clearly evident in the quality of the materials used, such as their carbon fibre, but also extends to small details, such as the quality of the leather stitching and paintwork. They are ECE 22/05 approved for road use in the UK and the wider EU, and DOT approved for use in the USA. Whilst we're a relatively small company, we're also a good one and we work very hard to deliver the highest standard of customer service that we can. FORMOTORBIKES.COM should be closed down permanently,  once your paypal payment is confirmed, they cancel your order then initiate a PayPal refund, you think you will get your money back, no no, they will cancel the refund process right before the refund is completed, if you try contact them via email, good luck, they will not answer your emails, the phone number on their web site is a fake number, to get your money back you have to go through the painstaking process filing a dispute with PayPal, you may eventually get your money back after 1-2 month, it’s totally wasting of time, I’m guessing they are in deep financial trouble. Do NOT buy from FORMOTORBIKES.COM, if you read the report, there are few others experienced the same problem.

Hi boys and girls, do NOT buy from these people, they will take your order, after you’ve paid they will cancel your order, and initiate a PayPal refund, right before the money should be refunded to your bank, they cancel the refund process, so you can’t ask for PayPal refund because refund had already been processed. After they take your money, you will NOT hear from them, no matter how many emails you send, they will not answer your phone calls, the number on their web site is a fake number. I have the bad experience, I will eventually get my money back, but it is totally waste of my time. BAD

Good luck with your refund. I had to wait for two whole months for the money to come back. Formotorbikes.com is a certified cheater and looks like they have no money left in their accounts.

Please also be warned that they issue an e-cheque which is basically the electronic form of a physical cheque. They issue it and on the day before it's payment date, it gets cancelled.

Absolutely frustrating and no amount of profanities are enough for these useless people. If I ever was in UK, would walk into their office and confront them face to face.

“Unprofessional company.”

ALERT! After asking for a refund, Formotorbikes have canceled my paypal refund.  You never readily respond to my phones / emails / messages. I WANT MY REFUND IMMEDIATELY! I have placed an order for Nexx carbon helmet on 4th June which never for shipped. A month later, when I ask for refund the they delay this by a week. And now the refund has got cancelled. Never buy anything from them.

Wish I had seen your review before placing an order with this company. Their e-mails are now coming back as undeliverable so I suspect they may have gone under. So starts the long process of trying to recover the money!

I feel your pain. Hopefully you paid via Paypal and are covered under their buyer protection.
Request a refund and start posting public posts on their facebook page as well as message them on FB.
It has taken more than two months for my money to come back.

You are not alone my friend, keep pushing them.

“Wrong helmet”

I've got send the wrong helmet. Xr2 diablo with white reflectors old model instead of the xr2 dark devil. Looking forward to an solution and i will update my review once satisfied.
