Initially so efficient in approving mortgage, all very impressive,now4 months later and ready to exchange and complete and they want more answers to standard questions. Our tenancy is up and the house we are buying is empty so we are off to a campsite what Santander discover more questions they should have asked at the beginning.
Not impressed- working full time with a very young family and we are Temporarily homeless due to inefficiency!!
It all looked so good at the beginning but now all the positives forgotten. Such a shame!

More communication and organisation would have been useful- we were a straightforward purchase, large deposit, small mortgage in a very safe housing area.
