I came across YMD online during a google search as i needed to re mortgage. Contact was swift and a meeting set up. We had the option of a home visit or a telephone call. My wife and i opted for the telephone consultation and the date was within the week at a time that suited both my wife and I (19.30). Our adviser was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. My wife and I have both previously bought several houses, and this transaction has been the best by far!. The new deal found was far more than expected and also included to consolidate existing debts, which we never even considered. The deal found was far better than my existing mortgage provider, so would highly recommend using YMD.
