I used Which? Mortgage Advisers last year to get a mortgage and to help with getting the name on the deeds of my property changed. They were wonderfully helpful - prompt, knowledgable and great at dealing with all my (many!) questions and worries. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. For a small fee they made the whole process of getting a mortgage as painless as possible - worth every penny.
