I found a couple of companies that were doing very competitive mortgages (no fees,no redemption penalty etc) and contacted one77 who were acting as broker for the building society. I am a bit sceptical about financial advisors but have to say the advice I received,the way they dealt with my application,seeing the transaction through to completion was good. I feel they were very professional,exceeding my expectation and would recommend them for their good service. Thanks.
