I am a 29 year old first time buyer with no clue about the process or how to start. One77 have been excellent at communicating throughout the process and always easy to get hold off. They are always really friendly, and explain everything clearly and concisely, nothing was too much trouble and they made the process stress free and easy. They did not pester but still felt safe they were there if I needed them. I now have a great house to move in to with a great mortgage behind me. Would definitely recommend!
