I would like thanks the adviser and his team who spent time to arrange this remortgage for us. We are satisfied with their works and commentment. I wished the adviser started to find another product one month earlier then we would have time and chance to apply for another lender. We have issue on our cridet and it is limited our chance to apply for the best product. 2nd point for futuer if we would apply for a product with stress twest of 1.25% @ 44% mos probably we would have chance for better product. JS from Echo finance was very efficient and found us a great mortgage deal which really suited us. He came to our home when it was convenient for us and really helped us to understand the different mortgage deals out there. My husband has usually dealt with our mortgage over the years, but I felt confident to deal with it myself this time as JS gave us step by step guidance along the way. The service is not the cheapest but we will hopefully get our monies worth over the full length of our mortgage term. The gentleman from echo was very well informed about how to save money. Not only did we get a mortgage that met our needs he also saved us money on home insurance and other parts of our monthly outgoings. Great and Thanks. We had minor hassles as we choose to use a free solicitor, but again he helped things along.

I have to admit I was very sceptical about being able to change my mortgage when I took it out 3 and a bit years ago I was locked on a 5 year high interest rate by another broker with the royal bank of Scotland and in that time I have had to work every hour under the sun to pay it so wanting to improve my home I wondered if I could change my mortgage and save money for home improvements so I did a compare the market or something like that as a test but found no actuall figures just that a person would get in touch I thought here we go another blasted rip off. I received the call was very sceptical and basically went along thinking I will kick this into touch soon as as I dont need sales company's calling every hour but they talked me into someone coming to see me well on cue a lee Trett arrives on my door sits down and talks me through it all claiming how we could get the money for home improvements and cheaper mortgage buy 300 pounds at this point I'm thinking he's more full of hot air than a hot air ballon but I let him go and expected a call along the lines of we can't do that but can I sell you this instead but to my suprise lee pulled it out the bag got everything he promised and got me away from RBS and with nation wide paying £300 less so well done lee Trett of Eco finance you done a good job now if you can get me the winning lotto numbers that would be good

Lewis was very approachable and honest and made use feel very much at ease going through our financial details and discussing the type of mortgage that we were interested in obtaining. Despite setting some tough requirements for him, Lewis remained very positive regarding finding a suitable policy for us. Upon evaluating the possible options that he had investigated, again he was very open and explained with clarity what the possibilities were. This lead us to agreeing to a mortgage that we are very happy with and are content that we have made a good decision. Further to this there has been a handful of questions that we have asked after the mortgage has been concluded and he has been happy to respond. This is really appreciated.
