As a first time commercial buyer of a property for £720k, i didn't hold much hope. However, I gave Pav a call at B2B and we emailed and talked for a few days while he went through various options. He got me a deal and i now have the keys to my building. Truly excellent. I did speak with other mortgage companies concurrently b ut they didn't deliver. I will be recommending Pav and B2B to everyone i know looking for a commercial mortgage. I am 100% happy !
