They collect bags from your house so you don't need to take it to a drop-off or nothing. I thought that was really convenient. They even text you to say when the driver will come so you don't have to wait in the entire day for the delivery.

I buy Lots of clothes that I only wear for one Season or so and I usually just chuck the stuff thats gone out of style. Got a cheque for 7 quid for a full bag and would do this every few Months when I'm getting rid of last seasons stuff.

You don't receive that much money but I guess second hand clothes are not worth much. May as well make a few bob instead of just giving it to charity

I had to cancel my collection 2 or 3 times because of my work schedule. I called their customer service line and they were understanding and booked it again for me. Thanks Return 2 Earn!

Was impressed by the collection time window - got a text saying they would be there between 1 and 2, the driver turned up at 1:30. Sent off my clothes, received my payment a couple of days later
