Avoid this company

I prepared a full, very heavy bag which contained clothes that were clean, unstained with no holes or breakages. All of the items were in good working order and good for re-sale. It was my understanding that they would be re-sold abroad cheaply.
The collection was a mess. The address that they recorded was incorrect. I know this because they emailed me to say that their driver had visited the house and that I was not there. The house number that they had quoted did not exist. I also left the bag outside the house, according to their instructions. It was big, blue and obvious. Three days later, they picked up the bag after a string of confused emails - one of which told me to 'book my collection' after the bag had actually been taken.
Finally, the bag was gone, and I was considering putting another one together - until the payment came back. They gave me a grand total of 60p!!!! Is this an all time low figure I wonder? I'd rather give my clothes to charity next time.
I'd love to see a fly on the wall documentary on this bunch!
