Terrible On-line Service!
I tried to delete an auto-pay payment via on-line because we paid off the balance and I didn't want a credit showing up on that account. I have no faith in USBank and didn't trust that even though the balance was "0", there system would catch this and cancel the payment. I kept getting an error and spent 30 minutes on the phone with customer service trying to resolve the issue. I ended up clearing cookies on my laptop and it worked. No thanks to USBank technical support. A few months later we transferred a balance from another credit card into our USBank credit card, so I tried to set up (online) a monthly auto-pay from our checking account to that credit card. I kept getting an error at the time I was to receive the "confirmation" so I called in and spent 55:54 minutes trying to get it resolved only to be told after speaking with the 3rd customer service rep that they are having an issue with setting up auto-pay services on those USBank American Express cards. Really?! And it took almost an hour for someone to relay this information?! On May 7th I transferred $1000 from our checking into our savings account. The next day I noticed another $500 had been transferred through their START program which we haven't used in almost a year! Seriously?! Their system somehow just transferred money from our account without our authorization?! That could have overdrawn our account! Their online services are jacked up and need they need some real tech professionals to come in and revamp their entire system. We are pulling our accounts because we don't feel this bank is competent enough to handle our money or that our money is in a secure place with USBank.

I been doing business with this bank for almost a year , yesterday I used another visa card through the ATM machine in the branch,I was rushing so I forgot my card inside the machine,i called the bank when they opened and told them the problem , the clerk (Amanda)wouldn't help me and I asked her for the district manager number for 7 times and each time kept repeating the same answer like a machine, I seeked help from other branch and they told me that I should be able to get my card they called the other branch and they told than I SHOULD HAVE IT READY soon .i called the branch again they said they couldn't give me the card because it is not us bank therefore I had to wait for authorization , ok I waited till today to my surprise after numerous calls back and forward I found out that they destroyed my card , had I didn't call in time and not bringing it to their attention so many times I maybe could understand , somebody dropped the ball and cause me to take action today to pull out from your bank as a client with direct deposit from my corporate who have hundreds of people with your banks not for your reputation but for their needs which could be changed soon after I SHARE MY EXPERIENCE in our magazine which sent to every body's email and get updated daily and trust me we pull together , so next time you meet with your employees they better have good valid explanation why they chase out one of your good clients , this is the bigining and not the end so stay tune .

my overall satisfaction with US banks internet site is very good. I like being able to pay bills on line and the ability to move funds from savings or credit lines as necessary without visiting a branch or calling a busy teller or the customer service line where the response time is sometimes abominable

Us Bank Has The Worst Customer Service I Have Ever
US bank has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Every-time I called to speak with somebody in the company I was pushed around and agitated to the point that I couldn't speak clearly. Issues were never resolved and they made my husband and I jump through hoops to get simple tasks accomplished. BAD BAD BAD. GO TO WASHINGTON MUTUAL!!!
