Wells Fargo Bank Does Not Have Customer Service.
Wells fargo does not have a customer service. here is my opinion about wells fargo after 37 years experience and 3 years of trying to find a solution for my issue: since a new ceo was elected for wells fargo 3 years ago, many changes had happened to make wells fargo an example of the worst bank in the us. the changes are: 1-canceling the customer service department. 2- contracting the replies to the customers complaints to an outsider 3rd party called executive complaint management. 3- canceling all sort of communications possible between the customers and the bank. 4- canceling the email of customer service 5- all board of directors including the ceo, rejected email communications from the customers. 6- removed all supervision and management concerning the customers complaints. 7- the acceptance of the use of misrepresentation, misleading and vague responses as resolutions. 7-made the customers wonder if they are dealing with a bank. 8- lowered the wells fargo level to (f) at the better business bureau and 1 start at most websites 9- left hundreds of thousands of customers wondering where they should complaint when there is no customer service at wells fargo and no one to provide solution for their issues. 10- brought all the wells fargo customers to this website and many other similar websites to post their complaints

WELL FARGO SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!NEVER DO ANY KIND OF BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. THEY WILL TAKE YOU FOR EVEYTHING EVEN WHEN YOU PAY ON TIME THEY WILL TAKE IT BACK AND EVEN CHARGE MORE FOR AN ACCOUNT THAT THEY CLOSED.NEVER NEVER EVER WILL I DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN. TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW NOT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THE BLOOD SUCKERS. CUSTOMER SERVICE GOOD LUCK GETTING SOMEONE THAT CAN SPEAK ENGLISH.,I WOULD HAVE GIVEN THEM 0 STARS BUT THEY DON'T HAVE THAT FOR A CHOICE J0HN FROM MS.

Currently have a loan with Wells Fargo Bank. The account was prepaid when I cancelled the life insurance. They charge everyone for any late charges etc. They refuse to reduce the interest rate. I purchased it through Cownan Pontiac in Bowmanville, ON. The later gave me an incentive of $400 in cash. In the process requesting a rate reduction and if they refuse, will ask them to pick up the car. Inflated the price just to get me approved.

I Have Been Using Wells Since The 80s, And I Have
I have been using wells since the 80s, and I have constantly had to have fees reversed. I suppose it is to be expected, but every aspect of their process is designed to incur the maximum fees possible for low-income users. i.e. Linked accounts repeatedly incur fees on all accounts if you overdraft, alerts that you have gone over a limit are instant, overdraft alerts take 4 days. You can't always get fees reversed, and even if you can, expect many hours on the phone for each fee. I have switched most of my accounts from wells fargo, and plan to switch the rest away very soon.
