Appalling Service

Quoted 2 hours for the job -then said it would be safe to book 3 hours to which I agreed ( it would save me money if it went over) Then I get charged 4 hours with no explanation. Beware. I did not like anything about the service.

9 hours late to move 3 items to the next road. Apparently took up to 1 hour, despite being there . Website and lack of communication designed to make you give up. They do not take the original agreed amount and use credit card details to take what they think is ok. Unsafe site asking for response , hence you do not query at the time.

The most deplorable business I have ever had the misfortune to deal with.

BE WARNED, IF YOU VALUE YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS.

Do Not Use This Company!!!

If we could give them no stars we would. They're trying to charge us for extra time we didn't have. They won't deal with the complaint till we pay. The local company was terrible. We payed for a driver and mate and I had to help as the driver was to fat to help and tried to get more money out me for the pleasure.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ANY COST!!!

Over Charge Your Debit Or Credit Card

The driver came late, I was waiting for him downstairs, we move immediately he arrived, and the journey was less than 14 mins from SE23 TO SE6, how come £50. and this happens off peak hours. No loading or off loading required. Please don't give your debit or credit card details they will over charge you times 4 without refund.

Boyfriend Did Most Of The Work!

They arrived and quickly got to work, however they didn't ask about what actually needed to be taken so ended up having to bring some things back out of the van. My boyfriend ended up helping them to load things up and take things apart even though we were told the team was qualified and had their own tools to do disassembling. Me and my mother had to drive in front of them because they didn't know where they were going and when we got to the new house they just put everything in the front room, leaving me to take it to where it needed to be. Second trip and they refused to move the 2 sofas and 2 chairs saying it would be to hard, this meant my mother and boyfriend had to move it for them. Then I was told I would be charged extra!! Complete waste of money, i might as well have hired a driver and moved everything with my mum and boyfriend

Bad Experience

I had booked with van plus and paid the amount they quoted me on. when the day came and time went by no van had arrived I had to find a number for the company which took some time and rang them who rang me back and said that they had been trying to contact me as they had quoted me wrong and wanted a further £187.50 I said I didn't have that money and they kept telling me to go on cumstomer support online and I had a girl ringing me up twice trying to cold call me into using there service, I explained that I was moving today and that I needed my stuff gone today as they had already cancelled the day before. some unqualified person explained to me that all the drivers are busy and that won't be able to do it until Monday. total joke. after reading how some customers had extra money taken out of there bank I'm gonna have to look into this as they never offered a refund.

Took My Money & Not Collected The Goods - Do Not Use

I booked Van plus and paid using my card at 7am in the morning. I booked the collection of a sofa and the driver was meant to arrive the same day at 5pm. I called twice during the day to confirm payment had been received and received an email to say the booking was paid and confirmed. At 5:30pm when I called the contact centre they wanted a further £134.00 more to the booking and they calculated the cost incorrectly ! I then spoke to Lexii the so called call centre manager who laughed when I said I was been requested more money and I should have organised something else a few days ago rather than last min. Lexii appeared to sound like a teenager and i also could hear her collagues also laughing at the back !

Its disgusting that such a company can even operate - she hung up on me and then the contact centre refused to connect the call as they were in the philippines ! Please do not use this company - total joke.

Terrible Service

I booked a van for a Saturday at 1pm. They never turned up. I was left on the road with heavy boxes and no means of transporting them.

I called them to ask where my van was, they told me they did not have my booking after already sending me a confirmation email and taking my bank details. They told me my only option was to speak to a support team memeber through live chat. When I did they told me they will check on it and be back with me in 1 min. 1 min turned to 2 hours no reply. All this time I was outside on the road with heavy boxes.

I tried calling them after that and explain my problem, numerous members of their customer service team either put me on hold for unacceptable time periods or just hung up on me. Nobody was willing to help, nobody was willing to give me any answers.

I asked to complain and they could not even let me know what the official complaint procedure was. I had to hire a taxi to move my things at considerable expense.

I won't recommend them to anyone.
