Fab A* Service Great Move To Devon
Could not have had a better experience.
All the staff turned up on time to fully pack our house.
On the day of the removal the van arrived at 08:30 as promised with all the staff in their uniforms.
Nothing was too much bother for the staff. Once we arrived at our destination delivery commenced and we were unloaded quickly without any damages, felt sorry for the men with their long walk (as they couldnt get the lorry near the door). We've now unpacked and not a breakage in sight.
I cant recommend this company enough, from my initial phone call, the estimator, the office staff and all the removal men.
Thank you very much for making my move stress free.

Unashamedly Poor On Every Level...
1. Turned up 24 hours late to pack;
2. Failed to complete the removal by the agreed time, running several hours past completion;
3. Failed to use sofa covers, mattress covers, furniture covers or wardrobe carriers as set out in their Quotation and as relied upon by us in our acceptance of it;
4. Failed to properly pack items to protect them from damage;
5. Removed clean, folded clothing from storage chests to use as packing materials and delivered the clothing crumpled and dirty;
6. Mislabelled boxes containing mixed items from various locations in individual boxes, so that the contents could not be identified without fully emptying them, delaying our ability to quickly assess losses and damages;
7. Failed to deliver a large number of items in the same condition as when they were packed: cabinets, sofas, mirrors, clothing, soft furnishings
8. Failed to protect carpets and paintwork from damage caused by their carelessness
9. Failed to deliver items;
10. Packed items which were specifically advised as not to be moved, causing us to incur additional costs;
11. Gouged and marked paintwork in both houses, repeatedly and in every room;
12. Left dirty footprints on rugs and carpets and somehow managed to damage the pile of two expensive rugs;
13. Attempted to avoid all responsibility, tried to avoid our insurance claim or even to apologise.
Have now involved the British Association of Removers, as this company failed to abide by its Code of Conduct, and likely heading to court for reimbursement of damages.
