From the beginning our experience with Safe Removals was very pleasant. From the initial conversation over the phone we knew that we are dealing with professionals. We arranged an estimate visit with Safe Removals estimator arrived on time. After couple of hours we received our quote on email. We had received other quotes, some cheaper some more expensive, but we've decided to book Safe Removals (reading their reviews on this website first!). We've made a good decision. The crew arrived on time, loaded everything carefully. They even helped us load our vehicle (which we said we'll do ourselves). The moving team arrived in Nottingham and had to wait for us 20 minutes. We tried to apologies for the delay (We have a toddler), but everything we said or asked for met only one response from the team" "no problem". My advice to anyone moving is this: Moving is stressful whatever you do. To minimise the stress of moving, hire Safe Removals. Simple.

Yesterday when I came back to home from the work my cousin called me on my landline number. Who live in Manchester they told me he want to relocate from Manchester to London and they have very expensive materials in the home and I didn’t find any better solution or resources how to move my goods from Manchester to London, so I am confused and he wants to relocate within two weeks. I would highly recommend Safe Removals if you are the plan for moving home. The staff is very punctual they timely arrived at the location and start work immediately. Safe Removals teams (led by professional staff) were efficient and highly experienced. I did not find any trouble and all the things were done safely. Staff all very professional and friendly they packed all my goods very professionally and nothing was broken. I was expecting at least something to be broken! I have large sofa I feel it was very difficult to moving the sofa, but the team moves this very well and I am very pleased about that move I have no doubt in the mind the guys of the Safe Removals were great, After this move I am in a position to share my experience with you, customer support is taking my booking and start work on one day. Safe Removal is one of the best supplier to provide relocation services from one place to any place and move your goods immediately once you handshake with Safe Removal. I feel customer services are very excellent and the staff is very polite, helpful and energetic. This is my 3rd experience with this company and I didn’t find any issue, negative point or uncertainty here. Every time when I call customer services they gave me a quick reply to phone call & email. I have no word I am the biggest fan of the Safe Removal and I appreciate staff is very reliable, user-friendly and professional. My fiancé and I were moving about a quarter mile, but on a tight timeline. I found Safe Removals online and they came out immediately to give a quote. They explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. We booked them and on the day of the move the team showed up on time and all members were very polite. They loaded everything on the van (including trash bags of towels, clothes, etc..) and wrapped all the furniture. They had multiple wardrobe boxes for us to use so that we didn't have to pull all cloths off the hanger. The unload time went even faster than the load, and the total time we were billed for was right in the middle of the estimate given. I would definitely use Safe Removals again

The office answered all of our questions promptly and treated our move like it was important to them (unlike other moving companies that treated us like a number). What had taken us a week to pack was loaded in about an hour. We left early in the morning to complete our move in good time. The driver and removal team kindly waited as we went in and signed our lease. We felt safe trusting all of our belonging to them during the drive, and we appreciated their flexibility with everything. Nothing was broken, or even dented.

We used Safe Removals last weekend for my move to Richmond. They gave a pretty good quote over the phone, but I had them come out to give the place a once-over since the entry to the house I left was a bit tricky. They also brought me moving supplies (boxes, take, etc.) based off of their assessment - and they were dead on! The day of the move they arrived on time but gave a call before-hand anyway. They were incredibly quick but reliable also. There was no reckless rushing. They were friendly and polite and managed packing MUCH better than I would have. There isn't much else I can say that hasn't been echoed by everyone else here. I strongly recommend them for any move you have planned.

We booked Safe Removals rather than Movers not Shakers, who we used for our last move, on the basis of the reviews on this site. I wish we hadn't.

The removal men turned up on time, but then said they hadn't had breakfast and disappeared for 45 minutes (which we were billed for). In the brief time they were in our flat they said that with two men they couldn't possibly do the job because of the number of stairs involved (although these were included in the quote and discussed with the salesman).

Whilst the men were on breakfast we started the move ourselves and called a friend to come and help. When the men turned up again they'd spoken to the office and offered to get another two men to come in an hour and a half for an extra £150, which we refused because by that time it would be to late to help us move out on time (we were in a chain).

After everything had been taken out of our old flat and put into the van, the men went off again and we had to call the office to get them to come back; another period of time where they weren't available to us but we were being charged. In all we were charged for six hours although the men were only available to us for four hours. Because the money was taken straight from my card without being sent an invoice, I was only even aware of this when I asked for an invoice.

I was so disappointed with the service we received. We ended up doing a lot of the moving ourselves and were then charged an incorrect amount for the poor service we received, and only even found out what we been charged when I demanded an invoice. We've tried to resolve this with the company but they won't respond to my emails.

We moved from a 2 bed flat, but had a lot of furniture as we had an attic as well. The flat we were moving from was on the third floor with no lifts (i.e. 6 flights of stairs). In the end we needed to do two trips to move all of the furniture. A lot of our furniture is solid oak so is very heavy. However the removal team dealt with it with no complaints, and no breakages or damage. As some of our furniture did not fit into the lifts at the other end, the removal team had to carry some of the larger and so heavier items of furniture up the steps at the other end as well – again with no complaints or damage.
