I was very pleased with the removal service provided by inline both on the admin side and for the packing and removals. The removal team were careful, considerate and courteous at all times and nothing was damaged or broken. They had many sets of stairs to negotiate at the house I was leaving but managed these without any issues at all. I would not hesitate in recommending inline to friends and family and have mentioned them when telling people about the move. I had complete confidence in the way in which the whole move was handled.

Inline Removals carried out our move recently. We haven't moved for some time so requested the free survey which was very helpful. The removal team arrived on time and were very polite and professional. They made a very stressful day a lot easier. I just want to say thank you to Inline removals for all their help with our move up north. Inline were very patient with our messing about with the removal date, we found ourselves in a complicated chain and we were only able to give them a couple of days notice of our completion date. The removal team were superb , especially when it came to moving our furniture in, having to manhandle everything up a narrow lane and into the house (and in the rain!)

All in all a thoroughly professional job for which we are extremely grateful.

Seemed great at first: everyone

very punctual; friendly, seemingly helpful; worked hard. Unfortunately,

there were significant problems with our move:

Packing was careless and several items were broken, including the fragile,

cherished ornament that the estimator singled out for special care during moving - the "Inline difference", he said. In other boxes, delicate items were broken by wine bottles dumped on top, and

cleaning products, including detergents and caustic soda, packed on top of spices and other foodstuffs, leaking on and ruining them.

Several items seem to have been stolen. Not especially valuable, but very

invasive and upsetting, including new clothes for our two-year-old daughter and small gifts. Over time we have realised that things seen the

day we moved are not just in a box somewhere, but gone. It's a horrible feeling.

When I called and

emailed the company about these things, the "Rolls Royce service" had gone. No reply to calls or emails.

Can't recommend this company enough. Very difficult move from 4 bedroom flat in the middle of London. Parking has always been a nightmare but this company took care of everything. The guys on the day were really professional but friendly and didn’t moan even when moving 230 miles away. Overall when over and above what they had to do, would happily recommend.
