4-easy removals ltd van sent was just big enough, guys packed it up well enough but if you dont want damaged goods dont use them.
Still waiting after 6 weeks for the repair to my fridge to be repaired. They do not ring you back after saying they will.

Extremely poor service from 4-easy removals ltd. Did not provide sufficient van space to complete the job, when we moved house recently. They promised an extra van on the evening of the move which did not turn up. They also said one would arrive the next morning, this also did not turn up. By now the new owner was livid, so I had to hire a second removals company to complete the job.

Extremely poor service, do not use. On the day of moving 4 Easy Removals did not provide enough van space to complete the job and had to leave a garage full of effects. We were promised that another van was on its way on the evening of our moving day to complete the job, this van never arrived. We were then promised it would arrive first thing the next morning, the new owner was okay for this to happen. However, this van also did not appear. Understandably the new owner was extremely angry about this. I made a number of calls to 4 Easy Removals with no answer and so, at short notice, I had to hire a second removals company to complete the job.

Good Point Was The Director Of 4-easy Removals Ltd
Good point was the Director of 4-easy Removals ltd communicated much faster. As I had mentioned in my previous review, I had faced a few issues with communicating to 4-easy removals. I was finally able to get through to The director, who ensured me that the admin staff has been taken care of. He faxed the invoice to me & apologised to me for the trouble.

I had used services of 4-easy removals to shift from Birmingham city centre to Solihull in July. That was not a bad experience. The move had gone smooth, although I had faced quite some trouble in getting the invoice for the 90GBP they had charged me. I had to move from my Solihull home to another house 10 mins away. I thought, why not use them again as I wasn't too unhappy with the previous removal. That was my mistake.They accepts only cash. I called them and requested them for alternative. So, the lady told me I can do a bank transfer, but one day prior to the move. I agreed. I was promised a time of 13:00. No one turned up till 16:30. I kept on calling and they had stopped receiving calls on the mobile. I called a number of times the office, and got to speak with another lady a couple of times, who tried to assure me that the van was on the way. Finally a van did arrive, and three guys took care of the move. We had packed most of the things, so things went smoothly. The trouble was, despite of an earlier request of a proper invoice/receipt, the guys didn't come with the same. They just gave me a temp receipt. Now I started following up with them for the invoice, and I haven't been able to get through to them since last week. Phone calls are not answered, mails are not answered. I even faxed them requesting to send me the invoice by fax or post. No reply.
Apparently I was able to get in touch with the director, Chris, over at 4 easy removals. He informed me that he had to get rid of the admin staff. He apologise for the trouble, and was able to fax me the invoice today itself.
