Dreadful Service
The service from Corinium was extremely poor and slow. The only advice I can give tenants struggling with Corinium (particularly Nick), is to ring the council and have them get on to them. Leaving tenants without hot water and a flushing toilet it completely unacceptable! They were also very rude and abrupt to deal with on the phone, and became increasingly more so once we got the council involved (who sided with us).
Regarding the one positive review from "Benn Reynolds", this may be biased. When we were checking out of our property, Benn Reynolds, an acquaintance of Nicholas Day, was employed to check us out by Mr Day. R&D "Reynolds and Day" was the name of the inventory firm employed to check us out. From a few internet searches, this company does not exist. It seemed a bit underhanded but the landlady was the one paying for the check out report so if anyone was being scammed, it was her! Please avoid this company!

Found Corinium to be the best maintenance company i have ever worked with . all the staff are very helpful and the MD is more than willing to go the extra mile to make sure teh job was completed on time and to a very high standard . I have sinced used them three times and would recommend them to all my friends.

Steer Clear
They came to check the thermostat on a radiator and said it needed a new one. They came back 3 months later, after cancelling & rescheduling many appointments, to deal with it but instead said the same thing (needed a new thermostat) but now also needed a power flush when they hadn't even tested the system!!!
The managing agent that sent them took them off the job but unfortunately listened to their advice and sent someone else to do a power flush which wasn't needed so cost the landlord unnecessarily.

Worst Property Management Company I Have Dealt Wit
Worst property management company I have dealt with. Landlord beware, my opinion after watching this company is that they are just looking for the "big job", and will let small jobs escalate into big problems. It takes them forever to do anything, and then when they do it, it is done half assed. Whatever you do, don't be an out of town landlord without the ability to constantly check up on the damages and problems with your flat.
