Rubbish Service !!!!!!!!!!!!!

We moved into our first property as a couple and we feel the experience which should have been enjoyable has been ruined due to the poor service let by this shocking company. We was told the property would be fully cleaned before we move in and they had 3 week from us viewing and moving in for this to be done and when we got there it was disgusting and we had to spend 3 hours cleaning the whole place and when we called the Swindon shop on commercial road we was just told they had invoice from the cleaners although you could clearly see no cleaning has taken place in any room! Then we figured out the fridge was broken and it took them 2 weeks to even get back to us to arrange to have this replaced! We signed a form for them to arrange our bills for us and we have been living here for 6 weeks now and nothing has still been done although I have rang several times explaining we have had letters and people knocking on the door regarding this and even offered to sort this ourselves which we have now been made to do otherwise it WONT GET DONE. We paid a lot of money to get in and a lot each month and feel they took the money and now don't care. It is a joke and I would highly advise everyone to avoid this company. We all definitely be leaving when our 6 month contract is complete.

Totally Unprofessional And Rude Lettings Manager

Having completed a 4 year tenancy, we handed our keys, receipts and details in to the lattings manager at the commercial road branch. We asked to be allowed to attend the exit check on the next day as we had no confidence in the company. Both we and our neighbours had been into the office to complain about the state of the boundary fence. She called us liars and told us to get out of HER office. We still haven't heard anything from them although we have emailed their office 3 times to date concerning the fact that we haven't had our deposit back nor will they tell us if or how much they intend returning. They have until tomorrow, by law, to tell us. After that, we're going to contact the tenancy deposit scheme and lodge a dispute against them. If you are a tenant and are leaving, make sure you take lots of photos of the property because you will probably have to fight for your deposit, too. Let me assure you all that we were really good tenants and left this property in a much better state than we found it

The Lady, I Have Never Seen Such A Rude Lady Befor

The lady, I have never seen such a rude lady before. Let me explain the problem. They showed us a property at 5.45pm and we agreed to accept the property and asked him about further proceedings he asked us to come next day to office and the next day when we called to pay the deposit online again he asked us to come to office. As advised I made a day off to my work and visited their office in commercial road Swindon there we met this wonderful rude lady who responded us that it is already let to some one else and she did not care about us still I explained her everything and for name sake she said 'I will discuss with my Manager and get back to you but still now she did not get back. again when I called them they answered the phone and when I asked for the manger he told he is not available I don't understand what is happening with this letting group . are they letting company or cheating company? they wasted my time starting from viewing till asking me to come to their office to pay. Later I had a chance to speak to him and he simply told one of my colleague had got already booked the property to someone and without even knowing this he arranged the viewing for us. All waste of time and he said at one point it is all part and parcel of life...they don't have right process in their company and still they behave rude and advice like this part and parcel of life... all time wasters Its good that I have not been trapped with them.

Awful!

We only had a day to view properties in Swindon as we were moving in in September and dont live locally. We made very clear on the phone that we needed 3 double bedrooms. We were shown 3 houses. Two of which only had a single and the third had what is supposedly a 'double bed'. (We were told it was a double but after moving in we have discovered it is a pull out single.) Even before we signed the 'Manager' was incredibly rude. We asked to have a single bed from the guest room bed moved out the house so I could use it to study and she responded with 'Dont be asking too much.'

Anyway we moved in and discovered the wrong bed was moved out. She said I had not clarified which bed I wanted removing and that the upstairs bed has complaints about it by the previous tennent saying it was uncomfortable. They are refusing to replace it or even swap the beds back knowing we are 3 girls. My flatmate also cannot close her bedroom door and they are doing nothing. I have been ringing every day with the same response of they are waiting to speak to the landlord. I wish I had never signed with Charles Harding. The rudest people I have ever met!

I Had My Property On The Market With Charles Hardi

I had my property on the market with Charles Harding for 4 weeks. After saying their rates were higher than most other agents because the service they offer was second to none, I thought that's fair enough and what they said they would do seemed worth it. 3 weeks after being on their books our house had not even been advertised. I contacted them to find out why and they promised to have it done the next day. 1 week later still no advertisement. I called again to find out why and spoke them, assumable a high ranking part of the company. They told me that they have enough properties on the books to be bothered with the aggravation I was giving them so terminated our contract. I must point out the aggravation they referred to was 3 polite telephone conversations. I am not someone who is easily upset, nor am I rude or aggressive in any way. D. Emerson. Swindon.
