Unprofessional And Unresponsive
Absolutely appalling experience, called them yesterday morning 11am to book a viewing for today at 12pm, received confirmation text/e-mail yesterday (please see attached photos on Google reviews) providing exact address of the flat, turned up on time today and waited in the rain/cold for 10 min but a no show from the agency.
Called them to check whether they are running late only for them to say they normally confirm viewings by telephone call to the client 2 hours prior to the booked slot, even if a text/e-mail confirmation was previously sent. There was no call or text whatsoever this morning from when I woke up at 07:30. And the reason the appointment was not going ahead is because the flat was let yesterday evening.
They just kept saying sorry that the appointment was cancelled but could not explain why they did not contact me to prevent me from travelling 1hr on the tube and bus to get there. It is absolutely unbelievable that they could not text/e-mail/call (even if it was at 3am!) to notify me of this cancelled appointment especially since most businesses have been communicating/performing transactions in these manner over the past year!
Furthermore I had postponed viewing another flat till tomorrow due to this booking. London's property market is obviously highly fast paced and yes flats do get snapped up very quickly but please do not be so unprofessional and waste people's time and risk them potentially missing out on other options like this!
If this is the way they treat potential viewers/renters I hate to imagine how they treat people once they have signed their contract & paid their deposit. Where are the minus stars rating please?!?!
Hi was the property located in plumbers row by any chance?

Stay Away!
I have had the worst experience with these agents, they do not do their jobs and you should avoid them at all costs. They have no idea how to deal with people, and no idea how they are still running. I have only seen bad reviews agreeing with me, go to a real agency as they are not!
STAY AWAY - No stars!

The Worst Agents Ever - Avoid!!!!
Blue Dwellings estate agents are genuinely some of the worst agents I have ever come across. They are just out to make as much money from you as possible and they run their business in the shoddiest way I have ever seen. The main issues we had were as follows:
• Extortionate agents & referencing fees (around £500) and they do not list any of their fees (which they are required to do by law) on their website.
• Lied to me about the working condition of parts of the flat when we moved in – the freezer did not work and the landlord refused to replace it in the two years we lived there.
• Flat out refuses to answer your calls/texts/emails, even in emergencies. I had to resort to calling from a private number to ensure that they picked up the phone. I also had to chase them for over two weeks to even give me a tiny update on returning my deposit.
• Very slow to fix repairs. In December 2013 water from the upstairs flat was pouring into my living room because their boiler broke and Blue Dwellings did not reply to one of my calls or emails despite it being quite serious. They later sent someone to fix the ceiling. At the END OF FEBRUARY.
• They raised the rent every year without fail when it comes to renew your contract, even though there was a clause in my contract which stated that they would only raise it by CPI. For the two years I lived in my flat CPI was 0%, which meant my rent shouldn't have increased. My rent rose from £650 a month when I first moved in, to £804 in two years. I moved out of the flat simply because I couldn’t afford the rent anymore.
• They charge you a £25 referencing fee at the end of your tenancy to essentially send an email. This fee is also not listed anywhere.
• They claimed at the end of my tenancy that they had to take money from my deposit because they had to send in a professional cleaner, despite the fact that I had left it spotless by cleaning it myself. They took forever to send an invoice for the cleaning, and when they did it was on headed paper from an IT design company (not a cleaner or cleaning company) with a different invoicing address that the company was actually registered to. By this point I was so sick of them and needed the money to move to my new place that I just agreed to the deduction, but it seemed really dodgy. It wouldn’t surprise me if it was fake or a company they set up themselves just to make more money from tenants.
They are complete sharks who are just out to trick you out of as much money as possible. I seriously don’t understand how such incompetent people manage to run a business. Avoid them at all costs – they are not worth the hassle.
Hi! I’m currently having the exact same issues with them, and have decided I would like to report them to trading standards for the appalling treatment I have received but also because I sincerely think they are tricking tenants out of their deposits and applying exorbitant fees. I wondered if you still have a copy of the invoice that was on incorrectly headed paper, as it would really help my case. If so please do let me know the best way to contact you

Awful Agency, Avoid At All Costs
We loved one flat in particular and lived there for two years, but dealing with Blue Dwellings was not so nice...
Part of the window literally fell off the wall and exposed the brickwork which made it very cold in the winter.
We needed someone to bleed the radiators as they barely emitted heat and nobody ever came,
The dishwasher was broken for almost a year and was never fixed despite our persistence as that was part of our rent and convenience.
The agents would almost never return calls or emails and if they did, it was days or weeks later after bugging them constantly.
The deposit took more than two weeks to be returned because they forgot to get a cleaner there.
We entered the place and it was dirty. We were told upon leaving that the place needed to be clean but we were given no guidelines. They charged us 145£ because the freezer needed to be defrosted , and the corners of a small surface and microwave had a bit of residue. They could care less about their tenants or properties!! Stay away!!!
Very unhappy!

After Being Ridiculously Late For Two Appointments
After being ridiculously late for two appointments, we put in an offer as the house was amazing. after two days of not returning calls, I found out that the agent hadn't even contacted the owner, passed our details to a colleague who let the property to his clients without even speaking to the owner about us!! Ridiculous! Then even said he argued with his colleague about it, no emotion to the fact we lost our dream flat. I would prefer to give them minus stars!!
I've Said It All Above. There Is No Reason In The
I've said it all above. There is no reason in the world why you should use this estate agent for anything other than an example of how not to run a business and how not to treat customers. And they show no signs of regret or any inkling of regret or commitment to change their ways.
I Was Looking To Purchase A Property At Stratford
I was looking to purchase a property at Stratford recently. Our offer was accepted by the vendor. The agent Blue Dwellings and the vendor agreed that they will not market the property to other buyers. We were given extremely strict deadline i.e. getting the mortgage sorted in a week and asked for the survey to be done in 2 weeks. We have kept our promises by getting this done on time.
However, we were told by the agent yesterday that another person has put a bigger offer in and asked us to pay £10k more. The agent obviously has been showing the property to someone else or lying to get more money, despite that fact that he promised us not to market the property after our offer was accepted.
We feel that the agent has not acted in good faith and failed to keep the promise and completely wasted our money (mortgage application, solicitor's charges and other admin fees) and our time.
I also feel that this agent would try to do that same thing to another person.
