Poor Service.

We made an application on the 4th Jan 2023, they then sent me a sms to say that I had been pre-approved, then on the 5th Jan 2023 I was phoned by Rainbow Finance to confirm my birthdate which I duly did & I was then informed that the process will be finalised by today & once again I got the run around with no feed back, I tried to phone Rainbow Finance ± 9 times but got no joy at all, I eventually cancelled everything.

I personally would most definitely NOT recommend Rainbow Finance to anyone ever, they are not at all professional. Totally unacceptable & if I could rate them I would rate them with a -(minus) 10.

They are very helpful, and they are also open in the evenings and at weekends. I am very happy with the service.

Rainbow Finance offer the best rates, and they saved em a lot of money.

Rainbow Finance: We Applied Online And Got A Phone

Rainbow Finance: We applied online and got a phone call back on the same day. We told them about how much financial difficulty we were in and they were sympathetic. They gave us very good advice and options so together we chose the best thing.

There is always someone there in the evenings and saturdays, so our questions were always answered.

At No Point As A First Time Buyer Did I Feel That

At no point as a first time buyer did I feel that Rainbow Finance Mortgage Brokers were taking extra time out to talk me through the processes. The differences between mortgage options were not explained very well and when asking about how monthly mortgage costs worked out, I received a very vague response.

I considered the service just about acceptable for a £250 fee, but then when told I needed to get a 28 day turn around Rainbow doubled their price to £500. That manouvere led to this email. The reasoning given was for the extra paper work, however surely this falls on to the shoulders of the mortgage lender, not the company that simply passes the information from me, to them.
