Ppi Claims
I haven't had any problem with the company, yes had few phone calls for extra info.......ive already received one check, just awaiting the 2nd one. Its just a pain they didn't take their percentage before the check was sent. I have to say that I'm happy with the service I've received, except the percentage they take having to be payed after check has been cleared.
Think Twice
Well after waiting since Sep 2015 i am still no closer to getting an answer.
I have been told every 7 weeks or so that its deffinately the last time we need more info.
I have also made numerous calls to get an update on my case. With the same line everytime.
Managers have promised to keep me updated which never happens then they call you for no reason with no update..
I have recently been asked to contact Opus myself as Think2claim can only email them.
I wish i had chosen a decent Company to sort this as this Company is beyond a joke.
My advice steer clear and do yourself a favour.
If i ever have this resolved and maybe get some money back i am really unhappy that i have to pay them for anything as they have achieved nothing on my behalf.
Sort yourselves out its embarrassing..
It finally ended but i will recieve nothing. Apparently they sent the CC wrong info and there was no PPI.
I feel your pain. I would call the company who you are trying to claim from to make sure all the info they have is correct you cant trust Think2claim to do it...

I am having exactly the same problems with this company. I’ve just about given up on them. Always asking me to phone them and then not giving any helpful updates but wanting me to sign paperwork endlessly. Fed up
Slow, No Communication
I made the mistake of going with these guys and after seemingly endless errors and delays I eventually told them to forget it and I pursued the claims myself... Emails supposedly sent from them rarely arrive, post is the same. Telephone communications are sploradic and often inaccurate as well as misleading and cause unnecessary delays..
Worried
After reading the reviews I'm now a little worried..i have a claim being looked into and hope it doesn't cause me any issues.

Avoid this company at all cost. They are a waste of time and space. All they think about is their selves they do not care about you. They told me I have won a claim now I haven't. So if you want to be lied to and lose a lot of money then please by all means go with this company.

Avoid Avoid Avoid
Think2claim are utter rubbish. It's that simple. My claim has been going for over 3 years (not an exaggeration!) They constantly send out authority and proof of address forms for me to fill out. When ever you speak to someone its like they are reading the same script I've heard a hundred times before. they repeat themselves over and over again. They lose things I send them so I have to send them the same documents again and again. They ring me up having clearly not read the notes on the account. Yesterday they called me to establish if there is PPI on the accounts... This was confirmed MORE THAN THREE YEARS AGO. This was NOT a one off incident.
I cant stress how incompetent and useless they are enough. Avoid them and go elsewhere is the best advice I can give.
I doubt I will ever actually get any money from this, the only reason I don't cancel the account now is it's been going for so long that the idea of cancelling and starting again makes me want to weep.
Seriously look elsewhere!!!

Inefficient, Incommunicative, Expensive And Slow....
I am disgusted at the total farce that has been the claim back of my mis-sold PPI insurances. Constant mistakes, pointless phonecalls asking for information that has already been provided three or four times over, "courtesy" calls to tell you information you have already been told several times over!! One case was a claim that I have made dragging on for months with T2C fobbing me off constantly saying that they were waiting for a response from the bank and there was nothing they could do till the bank got back to them. Only for find out that the Bank was waiting for a response to a question(s) from ME!!! I had no knowledge of this and Think2 claim had completely mis-read the bank's letters! I have had to chase them constantly for updates and each and every time you get a different and often inaccurate response, letters they are supposed to send you rarely arrive, sometimes even after several times of asking! Documents that do eventually arrived come are missing pages, badly scanned so you cannot read them properly or have incorrect information on them. The Gregory Pennington group of companies always used to be really good, they were always prompt to answer the phone and were always helpful and polite, how things have changed..

Ppi Refunds
i was two months away from finishing my iva with Gregory pennington, when I received a call from think2 claim regarding my ppi on my accounts.
I was unaware that I had any ppi so agreed to think2 claim to look into this for me.
regarding my iva I was in my 6th year and only paying off the interest as I had no equity in my property for my creditors.
this was unexpected when I received a letter from llyods saying I had a succesfull claim of £6,150 on mis sold ppi.
two months had passed and no cheque received or communication from think 2 claim, I called llyods to find the cheque had been cashed well over a month go so called think2 claim to find out that they had taken theit £1700 fee and payed the rest to grgory pennington who on contact said they had used it to repay my debts rven though I am only paying off thr inyerest.
two weeks from the end of my iva I then had another letter from llyods saying I had another succesfull claim for ppi on my account and received a cheque for
£6,300 which I payed into my gp account and this has now gone to my creditors two weeks from my final iva end date.
a clear message is don't use companys for your ppi claims if you are near to finishing your iva, do it yourself as I have had a sussesfull claim for over £12,000 and not seen a penny but think2claim got their £4,000.
Slow
I have been with Think To Claim for many years regarding PPI reclaim . They constantly repeat themselves sending Letter of Authority letters Out ,proof of Address all which were done over 12 , 18 months ago . Then I had to contact a creditor after being refunded over 12 months ago to confirm the amount and tax ? So they could workout they Fee . They were great at first but so slow now . Only have had 3 refunds etc . When they phone you seem to repeat themselves with last phone call you had with them . I've had enough of them . I must have signed 10 letters of authority for the same bank etc . I certainly wouldn't use them again you pay the fee to them when you get your money back but have to do majority of the work yourself . They use a third party for receiving your mail the amount of Stuff they lose is unbelievable and original documents . I certainly wouldn't recommend Think to Claim to anyone anymore

Disgusting Service
back in august last year after being contacted by think2claim we asked them to look into any ppi for us. heard nothing for months other than need for information and signed forms of authority. Had enough by january so rang and was told waiting to hear if there is ppi on barclaycard only for it to be realised it hadnt been sent off so told would have to wait another 8 weeks. Ended up making official complaint which will take up to you guessed it 8 weeks to look into and after phoning yet again today for an update the letter of authority has now expired and they will have to send another one in the post fed up of phoning to chase them up, authority ran out in february but only now been mentioned, the service provided by this company is a disgrace and still dont even know if there is ppi to come back, the best bit is we recieved one back from capital one and they were on the phone to sort out their payment the same day we got the cheque. Will be 10 months since we got involved with them, biggest mistake of my life, cant get to speak to anyone high up just get passed off all the time be warned never use this company unless you enjoy nothing but hassle and a shoddy service wouldnt even give them one star

Just been on the phone today battling with them, Back in April I signed up to Think2claim to investigate any potential mis-sold PPI, signed all the forms promptly and awaited a reply. After (average) 5 calls to them per week asking for updates and being fobbed off on each call, we are now in October and we still don't have any answers for at least 3 of the claims we have made. In fact, it has meant I have had to sign letters of authority twice now because T2C have delayed things so much. Over a month ago two of the companies asked T2C to provide them with information (August 30th) and I have only just found out! (7th Oct), thus delaying the claim by over a month more! 5 times now I have asked for a document to be sent to me after the first one didn't arrived due to a computer "glitch" at their end didn't send out important paperwork I should have received, and despite me threatening to take THEM to the ombudsman, T2C still have not sent the email they said they would... really, really bad service!
