Worst Company! Never Ever Go With Them
THIS IS THE WORST INSURANCE COMPANY - THEY WILL TAKE YOUR PREMIUM AND NEVER GIVE YOU ANYTHING IF YOU HAVE LOST/STOLEN YOUR ITEM
They will try and find reasons to declined your claim ... if you want to waster your money then only go with them... DIRTY CHEAT SCAM... u name it..

Worst Insurance Company Ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I placed a claim on my mobile phone that had broken, i enter the claim form and i had put in the worng IMEI number in, they never contacted me to let me know, 1 month later i called to see what has happened and they told me that the IMEI number was incorrect so couldn't process the claim, they another month had past with no contact and they were missing some thing else, but again i had to contact them! it has now been 5 months and i still have not had my phone replaced/repaired. I have been on the phone for hours on hold, everytime i call the queueing position is always 1. It is the worst experience i have ever had!

This Is The Worst Experience I Have Ever Had With
This is the worst experience I have ever had with any insurance. They take an hour to answer the phone and then they are no help on the phone. Management refused to speak to me whilst I was on the phone to their team and ensured they would call me back the next day which did not. They refused my claim because the bars for my phone where activated at 4 hours outside the time they allow for after already clarifying that it can take 24 hours after the phone call is made. this meant that I called within the time they allow for. I have now had to appeal the decision which they have refused again because they can not find any proof of when i rang o2 meaning they refuse to pay. This is appalling as it also means they have no evidence of when i rang o2 meaning they are refusing my claim without any evidence to support it. This whole process has taking 2 weeks and I still do not have a phone. I am told to wait 2 days for anything to happen and when I call back after this no one can explain why there has been no movement with my claim. Their phones lines are expensive and on 2 occassion where "broken" where i was left waiting on hold for an hour before giving up costing £6 each time. for the review i would have given no stars if i could

This Is The Worst Company I Have Had The Misfortun
This is the worst company I have had the misfortune to do any business with. They are unprofessional and unresponsive. So far in my dealings with them they come across as a company that is just out to grab your money but when you actually need to make a claim they will do anything to avoid paying out. I have always insured with fonesafe but I thought this was good value for money. I am in the process of appealing their decision to reject my claim because I reported it to the police late - this after trying several other reasons why they couldn't pay out. I wish I had never come across them. Ever!

Insure And Smile Have Extremely Bad Customer Servi
Insure and smile have extremely bad customer service. They seem to be good value for money but it is worth spending a bit more on a more reputable insurance company. If you are making a claim or have a query it takes about 4 or 5 phone calls for them to do anything. All in all, pretty bad.

The website www.insureandsmile.com is very easy to use and you can choose whether to go for standard mobile phone insurance or bundle 3 gadgets together (including a mobile) and get them all insured.
They will even allow you to include items owned by immediate family on the multi gadget insurance - so a great way to save money.
I found this review somewhat helpful because... it only tells you what's already on their website. NOTHING about their aftersales service or back up.
Not a lot of use really.
