Dissappointed!! Dissastified!! Unresolved!! No Communication
Sent in Ipad on Aug 8, 2017, it is now April 17, 2018 and have not received it back!! No email replies, no return calls, zero communication! The worst of the worst!! I have the claim number, email confirming delivery, any and all info to show anyone who would like to see. Many of these types of complaint ratings all over the web. Definitely not the company they make you think they are. Stay away!

Lousy Partners, Stay Far, Far Away!
Esurranty was NOT a good partner for damage/loss coverage. We followed every request they made of us and have all the records and correspondence and they completely blew us off. My 16 yo daughter prepaid the $100 policy and when she lost her phone in the ocean on vacation (recorded on a video clip no less) they piled us up with requests. We answered them all including requiring a police report (even tho we have a video of it falling out of her pocket into the ocean) and then abruptly ceased all communication. They said they send a ‘denial letter’ which we never received nor did they send it to us on any or our follow up requests for information. We dealt with a man who would never call us nor furnish the denial letter nor respond to any of our inquires. We have the paper trail of all our efforts and they got everything they asked for yet gave us no information as to why they denied our claim. They are taking advantage of young phone owners who try to have a conversation but can’t compel one. We will contact the Better Business Bureau to complain and share our experiences with other potential customers…

They do not honor their policies. Try and speak to someone even the sales center you need to leave a message. They do not respond to emails, phone messages or on line support tickets. Waste of money.

Very Fast With My Claim.
Very fast with my claim.
I have been a customer for a little under a year and not only has esurranty been great with my first claim, they handled the one I had last week perfectly. They explained that it may take some extra day's to get my phone repaired because they needed to send it to the manufacturer so there was not voided warranty with Samsung and they even offered me a loaner S7. The rep was very attentive and emailed me every day with updates. Within 5 days I had my phone back and it looked like new. They paid for all overnight shipping and even sent me a free screen protector. Esurranty is the best and I highly recommend them!

They Charged Me $360 For My Claim, I Have Nothing Back
10/28/2017:
I lost my Iphone 6S six weeks ago. I made the claim, immediately the day after they charged my credit card a $189 deductible, $69 extra for the iPhone with 64gb memory, and $99 for a temporary replacement phone while processing the claim.
THEY HAVE NOT SEND ME ANYTHING YET, THEY NEVER ANSWER MY EMAILS OR MESSAGES THROUGH THEIR WEBSITE.

**Update: A few minutes after writing this review they responded to the review. Seems like they are fast for this kind of things. A couple hours after the review I was also contacted by the claims manager... What a coincidence, right? Well, I responded him immediately, like 2 minutes after receiving his email, and seems like I'm gonna have to wait another 6 weeks to get an answer from him again. OH! And just to make it clear, I don't have any email in my junk folder from Esurranty, I check my junk folder almost every day, so that excuse does not work for me!

I Signed Up For This Companies Services To Repair
I signed up for this companies services to repair my device in case of damage. The company took possession of the device that is worth over $1,200 and now refuses to return it. It's been about 3 months and the company does not return communications. They will take your device and you will never see it. Look at reviews with BBB and on Trust Pilot. This company has done this to 100's of people. There are numerous complaints by individuals that have been treated badly by the company.

I have been with Esurranty for 3 years now and never had a problem. I would highly recommend this company to insure you phone. Sometimes it takes little longer to receive your phone back but other than that its great especially the person who handles the claims

Great Service And Fast Replacement
After dropping my iPhone 7 in the pool I found out that they are NOT water proof. Thankfully I have esurranty.com. I submitted a claim online, uploaded some information and a claims rep emailed me a few minutes later offering me a loaner iPhone while they replace my device. I accepted and they overnighted the phone to me with everything to send them my phone. 3 days later, I received another package with my new phone with prepaid shipping materials to send them back their loaner iPhone. I can tell you that they are first class, big league and I am thankful I found them.
