Avoid

Warning, if you ever have a problem with your house and need to use the insurance protection you may pay for then go elsewhere. NIG have simply not communicating to emails, letters , and constant phone calls. It's left us in a situation where we have had to pay for independent specialists (structural engineers) to resolve the problem. We are now perusing this legally as we have no other options due to the appalling customer service and avoidance tactics. Avoid at all costs.

I Have Recently Had To Claim On My Insurance Becau

I have recently had to claim on my insurance because I needed new guttering. The work was completed on the 9th Feb and I still haven't received the money. Luckily we were able to pay the contractors but that is not the point. We have made a number of calls and we keep getting inconsistent information. I am appalled at NIG and I will advise anymone to go elsewhere for their inusrance.

I Recently Had Cause To Claim On Both Buildings An

I recently had cause to claim on both buildings and contents after flooding my bathroom and causing damage to the floor below. I received excellent service, all work was carried out efficiently and quickly by a company called Height Vale, who completed the work to a high standard. Overall I am exceptionally happy with the work carried out and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

I found the level of service helpful and informative, the customer service representative Peter Lowes was reassuring throughout the process and answered all my questions efficently and effectivly to help me get the right cover I wanted. Overall I am pleased with the level of service given.
