I paid them 400 pound for deposit and they refused to pay it back to me.the customer service is absolutely horrible.Im so sad I lost 400 pound

DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER, DO NOT, APPALING CUSTOMER SERVICE IF YOU NEED TO CONTACT THEM REGARDING A ACCIDENT YOU WILL BE PASSED FROM ONE PERSON TO ANOTHER NO ONE ACTUALLY KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING IT IS NEARLY 4 WEEKS SINCE A CAR HIT ME AND I AM NO FURTHER FORWARD THIS COMPANY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO BE OPERATING, PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE AND DO NOT TAKE OUT INSURANCE WITH THIS COMPANY,

Sent Email Stating That Vehicle Had Been Speeding

Sent email stating that vehicle had been speeding when in fact it had been on a ramp in a local reputable garage for two days when the alledged "offence occurred".It hadnt moved whilst it awaited parts.Nice little way of treating new drivers by upping their premiums.

Girls Drive Better Telematic Insurance

Think that you have purchased a competitive Young Driver Insurance Policy with a telematic box fitted. Beware!!! After paying all of our instalments and only 7 weeks left on the remainder of our policy until we get our 1st year NCD they harass you with letters demanding £250.00 for my daughter braking at 50% on 7 occasions or they will cancel your policy! Disgusting and utterly shambolic!!! They are a newly incorporated company and I feel that they are more interested in taking our hard earned cash… Never, never use this company - approach a more experienced and trusted company. Do not purchase from Girls Drive Better (Policywise). We are approaching Watchdog and Insurance Regulators

Be Careful Here!!!!!

Recieved a quote from this company in the £700 figure, a little more pricey but better than most person based services (i.e. not an online only company or one where you have to fit a box in your car/these were working out a lot cheaper). Breakdown cover £65, previously paid £30-50 elsewhere but when with it anyway.

Negotiated a small discount accepted car insurance AND breakdown cover.

No full policy documents received (given company benefit of doubt for claim it was lost in post).

Broke down on the motorway 2 months later at 6am, no emergency numbers just an email, so no contact until 9am. Rude customer service, appalling attitude from the lady (second guy not so bad but clearly biased from overheard previous colleague attitude).

Claimed "DID NOT PAY FOR BREAKDOWN COVER", implication that I was trying to conn them or run a scam. Absolute nonsensE, have had breakdown for 7 years, I know I need it as car getting on in age, already had 4 call outs earlier in the year so I would never have gone without it, can afford it, no money issues on my end so no reason not to. I remember the specific conversation regarding it and saying it was expensive. I checked to see if I could get it independently cheaper and couldn't so went with it.

Refused to offer much help or advice (the lady), ignorant attitude, dead end response, completely uncaring nature. Rung back later to request details on policy and what I paid for met with same attitude and was told I was asking too many awkward questions, exactly how difficult is telling me my policy number?

Shocking that they are a provider for young drivers, I wouldn't want my child being dealt with by such conn artists with little conscience.

NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY

they are small family run company with extremly bad customer service and they make mistake on policys and then even when you present a recorded phone call proving your right they still do not admit their mistakes.

they are a broker and are just their to play the middle man (take money off you)

for a mistake they made on my policy that they couldnt admit to even with the recorded convo has now cost them a lot more in fines from Financial regulators.

owner is extremly arrogant in thinking consumers do not know their rights, well guess what we do and no one deserves to be ripped off in a market that is already expensive and very competeive.

warning to all please for the sake of your peace do not use this company.

I am with you on this, this is one of the worst company i've had to deal with. Never use this company. i can't believe how they speak to people, do not send out paperwork, deliberately make mistakes on paperwork then charge you to change it. refuse to send out breakdown of my insurance so i don't even know what is covered, the worst Company ever
