Car Inssurance In Easy And Simple Way
I would like to thank Review center for making car re-insuring process quick, fast and safe. I have taken a Comprehensive car insurance policy through review center. Unlike any other car insurance service providers, review center has an excellent customer management process to provide speedy processing of car insurance. The most important experience i had with Review center is they are customer focused and understand customer requirement and service expectation very well. There communication process is really great you get up to date information on the product and has flexible option for payments. They also provide competitive prizes and make you feel comfortable to choose the right product. They also assist customers in clarifying there queries to the best possible way. I would like to recommend all my friends to avail there services when they are in need of car insurance or any other services which they have. It make me proud to say that review center is the only place where you can find variety of services in one place.

Make A Claim & Prepare To Make 30+ Calls To Resolve - Awful
They may appear to be a good deal but make a claim and be left to resolve it yourself. I have car insurance with Insure who are a subsidiary of Hastings Direct. We made and recieved in excess of 28 calls and had to deal with 5 different companies. Insure don't do anything but pass the buck. They never explained the process, who we needed to speak to or what would happen. They make out that they will get you back on the road but they don't seem interested in arranging a hire car or even getting your car repaired. Nobody knows what they are doing and at 1 point we went from the claims department to customer service to the underwriters and back to customer services, none of which said they were the right department to help, nor could they find the details of our claim! In the end we managed to find out what we could do to get the repairs started and the answer was to pay the excess. We are now in the process of claiming this back. I've complained and guess what, they have ignored me and passed the buck again. It's not worth saving a few quid. PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE!
