My Wife Took Out Motor Insurance With Diva After G
My wife took out motor insurance with Diva after going on a comparison website. The quote looked pretty good but it was not clear that Diva is another name for Swinton. The insurance was underwritten by Provident. (There's 3 names involved already!) This information should have been made clear upfront. After 2 months into the policy she cancelled it because she sold her car and didn't replace it.
She was charged cancellation fee which amounted to 80% of the annual premium!!
I found this review very helpful because... this is the same problem i have found being with diva myself oh sorry hsbc oh sorry swinton ????? who they are is quite unclear!!!! they are not helpfull at all and i'm looking forward to rating them myself!!!!!!!
