LIARS, STALLERS, NO PROFESSIONALIZM. GET A LAWYER! I'M AFRAID TO SAY ANYTHING MORE. I THOUGHT THAT SINCE THEIR POLICY HOLDER AND THEY AGREED WAS 100% AT FAULT, THAT I WOULD WORK THROUGH THE PROCESS FOR PAYMENT SINCE ALL PARTIES WERE INSURED. BIG MISTAKE! GET A LAWYER! RUN!!!!!!!!!

I have just tried to cancel my policy via telephone, i called yesterday and i was on hold for 23 minutes!!(i gave up)
I called again today Sunday, i was on hold for 17 minutes to then be told by a guy who said he needs to put me through to another department, i am writing this as i am still on hold for a further 5 minutes and counting......arrrrgghh!!
Oh and another point you have to listen to the option menu which list countless amounts of departments and options before you are even put on hold, i dread to think if you have an accident and you need to speak with a human for a regular period........Good luck!

They reel you in with a cheap first quote, but you can then expect your premium to at least double the next year. I have just cancelled after buying a new car (their quote was double the one I got from Churchill) and they want £77 to cancel the policy. When I said I would consider my options before cancelling she told me the cancellation fee would increase and she would make a note on my file that I had enquired about cancellation!!!!!!!!!! I'll just be cancelling the direct debit and they can sing for a cancellation fee.

I was charged £50.00 to start the policy as well as £50.00 for other services total £100.00 I then set up a standing order for £35.00 a month when I cancelled the policy due to a faulty returned car to the garage they charge me another £51.00 cancellation fees. Out of £350.00 for the whole year i was certainly out of pocket. The jobs worth on the other side of the telephone told me she does not have to justify the break down of the cancellation fees. I would not go back with this company again I could not put into words how much I feel robbed Dick Turpin was hang for less.

Absolutely terrible company, they make you ring their high rate phone number and keep you taking for ages,even though I tried to take the insurance out online.
Once insured they emailed me for my proof of no claims, I sent them the proof straight away and 3 days later they email me again asking for proof, They do not check emails ! I expect they want me to phone there premium phone line to sort this matter out.
They also e-mailed me to add a further £60 for some trumped up excusee about my post code area, making it just as expensive as the other quotes...

DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!They are not even worth 1 star!! I have never known anything like it!!! They have the worst customer services department EVER!!!! Nobody knows what is going on, nobody can help you and its ALWAYS somebody elses department that 'deals with that' madam!!!!! IIf you enail them, the standard reply is for you to call them on their 0845 number. I have been charged £6 for just setting up the policy. I was debited TWICE for my car insurance and Im still trying to get that back!!! Also, there was a system malfunction and ALL of my information had been deleted so I was driving around without any insurance and NOBODY had even bothered to tell me!!!!!!

My ann prem paid by debit card in Jul 10 was £475.44, postcode SO31. I move a mile away to SO19. Yes, I appreciate there is an ap (additional premium), but I don't expect this to be £432.94. I complain yet I am told different postcode. Don't treat me like a mug, I work for a large Insurance Company myself. Will be cancelling the policy & going elsewhere. DON'T INSURE WITH THEM THEY ARE RIDICULOUS AND HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. Taking complaint further

Appaling customer service. Had a no fault claim (someone ran into my stationary car but admitted blame etc) Claim went through but felt like I was a criminal! After my car was repaired I paid the excess and kept original receipts, which I then forwarded to get my money back from the third party. This was in early May - since then I have been lied to, ignored, lied to again and still I await my reimbursement. Just to reiterate - their customer service is appalling - I am taking my complaint to the Insurance Ombudsman, as they wanted to deal with my complaint without using their proper complaints process. Don't touch them - cheap means poor service!!
