Please avoid them, is the worst company insurance ever, don't make any insurance with them.

These were the cheapest car insurance when I looked on comparison websites in June 2013 so I went with them. When I had a minor (no fault) crash in December 2013 they were useless. Whoever you ring just passes you to someone else claiming they can't do anything, different people tell you different things and they never seem to actually care about helping you. I'm still not sure exactly why I had to pay them money because they do nothing.
Just cancelled today and am so glad I never have to deal with them again. The amount of time spent on hold is also ridiculous, I wish I could bill them for the amount my phone bill went up whilst I was dealing with them.
Please avoid, don't take the cheap option. Pay the extra money and go with somebody you have heard of. I will personally never use these again, even if they are half the price of the next best alternative.

Disgusting Car Insurance!!
I took out my policy in january 2013. They were the cheapeast on the comparison sites and one of very few that would insure me considering I had only been driving 4 weeks. Well the quote I thought was fair for a 1st time driver and 1.8 engine. When the quote was sent through i checked all the details and decided to go with them. I WISH I HADN'T!!! It took 3 phone calls to get insurance documents emailed through as they said they don't send paper copies! I carried on for 6 months paying premiums. Then one saturday evening I was exiting a car park when another vehicle reversed into the driver side of my car. I phoned them in june the day it happened to report it at 7.15pm to be told they were closed and to call back the day after. I did so and since then have been passed from pillar to post trying to resolve my claim. In the initial days i dealt with solicitors, then another company. Not once have i been able to talk to my insurance company. They have never phoned me with updates i have always had to chase them. They would only take my car in to be repaired if I paid the excess up front which they informed me was £3000!! this was not made clear at the time of taking out the policy! so car still is not repaired and they have no intention of doing so! I phoned for an update a week ago to be told the other party has found 2 witnesses and they refuse to investigate these claims as fraudulent, so they are going to pay out for a bump that was not my fault and considering the other party was reversing at a few miles an hr they have put claims in for personal inury! at the same time they told me that my excess is a covers all excess which means i have to pay the first £3000 of any claim even if i am not at fault! (Usually you only have to pay if found at fault). Thankfully my policy is up in January and I can not wait to cancel and take my hard earned cash else where!

A ring the guy on the phone said sorry iv been dealing with your account iv been off ill so I haven't had time to send it off, alarm bells set ringing straight away. I told him to send me a email of my paper work so I can see in actually insured. When I read the paper work I couldnt believe what I was reading. I origanally went to to go compare and king broker was the cheapest by a mile excess was £300 so I tuck out the policy, when I received email on there it said my excess was £1150 I rung them up the said don't worry if you ever claim we would refund you £750 I was like rubbish. AVOID.
Can't believe such a company can be trading... Stay well away or you will regret it.

Worst Company Ever!

Worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with.
I took out an insurance policy last September (2012), within 6 weeks another car had hit mine whilst it was parked and wrote it off. The other driver accepted full liability yet I had to spend the next 4 weeks constantly chasing things up - contacting the other party's insurance, spending a fortune on calls and the WORST customer service ever! Constantly being put through to different departments, no one having a clue what was going on. THEN when it did get sorted they then informed me my insurance was going up an extra £30 p/m as the original price was now not valid because I had an accident (which wasn't my fault and the other driver accepted full liability????). They said I didn't have to accept their new offer, but if I wanted to leave I would have to pay a fee to leave which was over £200!!!
I just couldn't wait to leave so a few weeks ago as soon as my insurance was up I went with a different company to just find out that my No Claims bonus is not transferable as it was an 'introductory offer'
Do yourself a favour and do not even consider these as an option!
Disgusting Robbed Me Of Hundreds
This company is a complete joke! Every single month they have took out two to three payments without my permission and left me unable to pay my other bills! They are friendly enough when I call but tell me each time that their system is at fault and I can't get the money back I have over paid each month. In three months they have helped themselves to £800 out my bank without my permission this has to be illegal but as I've paid so much I'm reluctant to cancel as all that money will be lost

Shocking Company, Avoid!!!
I took out insurance with these guys as they were one of the cheapest on a comparison site. I told them I had 0 years no claims and 1 year named driver experience. They gave me a quote first of all that was a lot higher than on the comparison site. I decided to go ahead instead of listening to my gut. Big mistake!! They waited until I was way passed the cancellation period and then told me the premium was to increase buy a further ridiculous amount arguing I had given them the wrong info( apparently I said I had a years no claims which I clearly didn't) after a lot of arguing they sent me recordings. Which they cut and pasted so it made it sound like that's what I was saying! they refused to send me the whole recording as apparently they didn't have it. I couldn't afford to pay the amount they wanted so I had to cancel. they sent me a bill for about 200 quid just to do so! I just wish I had the sense at the time to go to the ombudsman. So do yourself a favour and avoid these blatant liars!!! They stole my hard earned cash, don't let the same happen to you!

If I could have a chosen no star rating,I would have done so. Broker King is probably the worst car insurance company with the worst customer service that I have ever dealt with. Apart from just one single member of staff, all the rest of the staff come across as rude, almost to the point that you are bothering them. Again, apart from that sole member of staff, there has never been an apology of any sort, my calls when being transferred are cut off and if someone does pick up the transferred call, they hang up without answering! I called them a few nights ago only to be told, quite abruptly, 'they're closed'. No further conversation like 'I'm sorry sir, that department is closed but they reopen at ...'. These guys need some serious retraining in customer service and man management. I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone, even if it does come up the cheapest online. At renewal, I will take great pleasure in telling them what I think of them and why I am going elsewhere.(I won't cancel right now as I don't need the hassle of bad service or be stung with some rediculous admin fee).

i took out my car insurance with these guys and at the time i was very happy with their service UNTIL i changed my car mid policy then i found out what they were really like it cost me an extra £110 to transfer my details to another car with exactly the same engine size i think these are a big rip off when every other insurance broker or company quoted me an admin fee of only £17 TO CHANGE MID POLICY SO BE VERY CAUTIOUS WHEN DEALING WITH THESE fools
