Started out good, helped get things in order, then my account manager changed, wasn't as helpful or as welcoming, then changed again. Towards the end of my plan I couldn't tell you who my account manager was. I found that even though I was paying one affordable monthly some, more than a 3rd was going to pay for Clark Richards. Once my debt was down to one creditor and only a few hundred left to pay, they closed my account and didn't bother to get back in touch! And when I emailed and asked why they had closed my account when I still had debt left to pay and passed me details on when I had asked for that not to happen, they didn't bother to get in touch.

Yes they helped, but at a large cost, and closed my account with money left to pay. I've found their lack of care and communication towards the end awful,as long as they got their percentage of payment, thats what mattered to them.

I will pay what's left on my own, but I'd try another company first than going with them again.

Fantastic service cleared of my debts.I know where I was each month money taken no problems statements given to keep on track how my payments where being processed.Staff always easy to talk to and always ready to help would difinately recommend a family or friend.

Everyone that I have had any dealings with at "Clark Richards" has been very professional, helpful and supportive.

I started by journey to financial health with "Money Worries" but they disappeared soon after I started and "Clark Richards" took over, I have never regretted asking for their help they have kept me informed all the way and answered any questions I have had. They have also metaphorically held my hand when I've panicked, calmed me down and sorted it.

I can't speak highly enough of them and will leave them later this year, with my debts sorted, with mixed feelings because it will seem like losing a friend although they will probably be glad to see the back of me.

Attempting to pay back a large sum of money to creditors who are threatening to take further action against you can be a terribly intimidating experience. Especially when you may not be able to pay that sum right off the bat. I know exactly what that feels like, because that was me.

When I first contacted Clark Richards they gave me a rough idea of what my options would be in terms of paying the money back, and how long it would take. They considered all factors, including what my living expenses would be and were able to estimate by when I would be debt free. Although the road ahead seemed financially bleak (at least for the moment) at the time, I'm very glad I chose to open an account with Clark Richards. Throughout the entire time I had an open account with them, I had 3 account managers, and I couldn't speak more positively about them. They were fantastic! The staff in general were very understanding about my situation and changes over the duration of my account. The customer service was impeccable.

I would definitely recommend their services to my friends, or anyone who is in financial debt and needs a solution that works! I was able to stop the annoying and threatening phone calls from creditors, and with Clark Richards handling my account, there was a direct debit set up on my account that would transfer money to the creditors on the agreed upon date every month. NO NEED TO DEAL WITH THE CREDITORS DIRECTLY! You can get on with your life, with a bit more peace of mind knowing that you're surely on the path to being debt free and definitely in good hands with the hard working people at Clark Richards.

It is not always easy to face up to and take action on your debts but the care and quality service the company provided has made the experience worth the effort. Straightforward explanations and prompt responses and action on queries gives a feeling of control that you lose when debts spiral.

Your debts may still be there but they feel a little lighter when you Clarke Richards fighting your corner and dealing with the aggressive and occaisionally imitimdating tactics of some recovery agents.

Even when you are eventually at the end of your debt journey, they are are there to support you when demands continue to arrive.

Having had previous experience if a less than stellar debt management company I have no doubts to the value for money of Clarke Richards, the quality of their service and the caring attitude of staff.
