Despite trying to contact this company over the last 3 months we have had no joy. We are being contacted by previous creditors informing us of missed or unpaid bills. This company will take your money and do nothing. They are impossible to contact and disregard their customers.
At the Debt Dissolver we always return our calls within 24 hours. We have no complaints pending with ourselves like this. Please contact us immediately to speak to us
I have had plenty of contact with the company, when did you sign up with them?

Bad News
As I was struggling with debt I contacted the debt dissolver. I spoke to a lady who took all my details including a card number for payments if I was to proceed with the company. I was then asked how things sounded to which I replied brilliant. I was then told that a pack would be posted out to me. AT NO POINT IN THE CONVERSATION was I told I had 7 days and I didn't receive a telephone call explaining this to cancel the plan if not I would be charged a fee. I received the paperwork and decided not to go ahead with the plan. I never signed anything but now I am receiving letters and phone calls requesting I pay or further action will be taken against me. PLEASE DO NOT EXPECT advice from this company or the chance to think about such an important decision because YOU WILL BE CHARGED. There are lots of debt management companies that will offer advice and let you have time to make your decision. THIS COMPANY does DISTANCE SELLING so even though the 7 day rule applies you are not told about this until after your pack arrives and it is in the smallest print along with the other paperwork you receive.
All our calls are recorded and monitored. Every advisor always gives the 7 day cancellation period on their calls, and if you were not told about this as you say it would have been easy to check on our call recordings. It also states very clearly in the pack that we send to you. We also arrange a follow up call on the initial call for three days later to confirm that you are going ahead and advise again regarding the cancellation period.

Brilliant Company!
This company helped me out when I was really struggling, and since then I have felt like a weight has been lifted. Professional and helpful. 5 * company, would recommend.
Give Them A Wide Berth.
as u r all aware entering into a debt management programme is daunting enough for anyone ontop of the endless calls from creditors u can no longer keep to repayment agreement. I approached the debt dissolver initially for advice and found myself before I knew it on a fast rollacoster of being manipulated by their customer service lady into giving over card details which I assumed was just to leave on file ready for as such time I signed a contract.at no time was I told that by giving my card details I'd signed a contract and had to use cancellation period to cancel if I no longer required their service. I received their paperwork and decided against it. The book thick pile of paperwork that they send n expect u to read n understand. So I thought as long as I'd not signed n returned the paperwork.....wot could there possibly b to cancel as I'd not signed anything or given them authority to act for me. Today I had a call from them n when I advised the lady called "Jenny" I was not going to proceed with them I was told I owed them £250 for the work they'd done-which was nothing other than sending out authority to act paperwork etc. When I informed them that I wasn't prepared to pay for services I'd not had from them and that as I wasn't informed on the fone previously that I'd signed my life away being rail roaded onto a path I originally foned for general advice( I thought as I'd not signed n returned any declaration I didn't need to give notice of cancellation)She then proceeded to threaten me with court, and proceeded to b very rude and unprofessional. So for a company that bases itself on helping u get debt free with least stress etc poss to start threatening myself a mum of 3 under 4 yr olds only in receipt of benefit with court action I find most disturbing. Especially as they generally honestly hadn't done any work on my behalf as didn't have all my debt details back or authority to act paperwork but still expected me to make wot was set by them as my monthly repayment amounts. So give this company a wide berth as it seems u will get charged a fee just for talking to them. There r plenty of other companies that r alot more proffessional in the way they treat people who have found themselves in the upsetting situation of having to seek debt advice. This company will blow your mind on the fone talking so quickly n any terms n conditions babbled so quickly u dont hear them n start it rolling so quickly that before u know it u have been linked into a contract and being charged for services of some £250 (first instalment on suggested plan....or so I thought) for them literally doing only one thing n that is sending u a book thick pile paperwork to get thru sign and return. So don't b fooled. Just enquiring with this company will before u know it start the account with them as they take advantage of people being very uninformed on how to deal with debt and will before u know it have u signed into a contract without signing a thing. Don't b fooled into giving your card details-just to show u have an active account as this is not the case. All that is is their way of conning u into a contract u aren't aware u r entering.
After further investigation into this it would appear that this is not our company and has been registered against the wrong name
I would like to respond to the above. We deal with 100's of clients each month who are very satisfied with our service. All our calls are monitored very stringently and closely. All our clients are advised regarding our fees and charges and our Terms of Business and cancellation policies not only on the initial call, but in writing and in the follow up call. A full Income and Expenditure is always taken with all of our clients and payment plans are worked our thoroughly and correctly. I am sorry this lady feels she has had a bad experience as we try to help all the people we deal so they have the best solution to solve their debt problems
