Innovation Wins Out Over Procrastination
I have returned to Office Response after flirting with a couple of other contact centres.
My experience taught me that cost is not they key differentiator in the outsourced contact centre market. They are all much of a muchness - in the UK at least! Service levels again are very similar when looking at the more established providers... The one's that have proven their ability over time.
The real difference is in their ability to innovate in a relevant, timely and cost effective manner. I now understand that Office Response delivers innovative solutions in heaps! Since returning to Office Response to use their 24/7 Telephone Answering I have trialled and now signed up to their Outbound service, their lead response product, dynamic numbers ( to track my web performance) and they now manage the physical fulfilment of my brochures.
By using Office Response my overheads have dropped significantly and I have significantly more time to do the stuff I'm good at.
If that sounds attractive I would heartily recommend that you give them a call.

We use Office Response for out of hours product support services. As a growing brand it’s imperative that all out of hours calls are answered in the same manner as they are during the day – we have used OR for the past 3 months and the results have been very pleasing. The call outsourcing market is hit & miss, use OR and you won’t regret it.

I use OR for telephone answering during “consumer hours”. This service includes weekends from 9am to 5pm. Thanks to their quality service my lead generation has increased by 15% over the last 3 months. Highly recommended.
Solid Service
I have used Office Response on 3 seperate occasions now. The process has been similar each time I have used them. During the set up phase OR provided a comprehensive telephone answering service. As my media spend increases (i work primarily in D2C promotions) they have provided a 24/7 overflow for my TV, Direct Mail and Web activity. As the market matures they work my aged data. Each cycle I go through I outsource more an more to Office Response... I can't really say moer than that!
Excellent Service
My business has used Office Response for 3 years now, and the quality of service is impeccable. I no longer worry about client calls after hours - their staff on the other end of the line are fantastic, they offer 24/7 call outs & emergency response, and everything is logged so I know what has happened and when.
