The lady I dealt with first, was lovely. Gave me high hopes, then they dropped out of the case, instead of being truthful that were not going to make any money out of my claim and they not interested, they lied saying its not in their jurisdiction and to contact law society for another solicitor.

Had they wanted the case, they would of instructed another solictor on my behalf.

Totally useless! Look elsewhere first, before going to hja.net

I think consumers would benefit from avoiding this company.

Absolutely hopeless. This firm made so many errors with my cases I am considering bringing a claim for negligence against them.

Service was poor from the beginning. My solicitor was kind at first but now has poor communication, seems untrustworthy, rude and they lack sensitivity. I have a general feeling they are stalling my case and have now complained to the ombudsman. Do not trust this firm.

Right from the start have been nothing but professional. When I have had to visit the office, they were friendly and approachable. When up against complications, these were overcome, explained clearly, did not give false hope, but were realistic about the possible outcome of my case. Having said that I have every confidence that everything possible will be done to achieve a good outcome.

I was expecting a good service because the staff were friendly and gave me hope at the beginning of the case when we met face to face. Later I found them defensive for no apparent reason when I called to ask about the case. They rarely called to keep me updated and let me down at the end after building up my expectations. Clumsy,careless and indifferent are words to describe 'solicitors' such as these. NEVER SHOULD ANYONE TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!
