I placed an order of the black soap from Akoma in the middle of February. Luckily i paid via paypal and received an acknowledgement of paymemt from them. I did not receive anything from the company by way of notice of purchase order, receipt, despatch. After 5 working days having not received my item, i contacted Akoma. It took them 3 days to get back to me, with a very fillip ant response: it should be with you in 3 - 5 working days.
I did not receive any item 10 working days later. I filed a dispute with Paypal. It was only then, did they take notice of my second e-mail which requested a despatch note. They called, without apology or information on where my purchase was. They said they were looking into it and that i would receive a text.
2 days later my order arrived. Again, there was apology or acknowledgement of their shoddy customer service. If i had not complaint to paypal, who knows where my order would be!
I would not order from them EVER again. I would not recommend Akoma either. Which is shame, because their products have promise!
