I PAID $40. TO GET A UNLOCK CODE AND THEY GAVE ME A INCORRECT CODE AND NOW I AM TRYING TO GET A NEW ONE AND ITS NOTHING BUT TROUBLE . IVE BEEN EMAILING BACK AND FOURTH FOR 8 HOURS AND STILL DON'T HAVE MY PROPER CODE . MAKE SURE WHEN YOU MAKE AN ORDER YOU TAKE A PICTURE OF YOUR ORDER SO YOU HAVE IDENTIFICATION TOO SHOW THEY MESSED UP ..........!

“Useless”

Ordered code on the 13th and we're now looking at the 23rd. The only response I've had is that it's being looked into. Also, they advertise a lower price all over theit site, but there is nothing to identify exactly what phone that lower price would be for. My order now seems to be stuck on a 'delayed' status and has been for a couple of days. There has been no contact to say why there is a delay and how much longer it is going to be...although this shouldn't have taken this long. Patience is wearing thin now...not happy with the service so far so anyone thinking about using them, just be aware! (If I get my money back, I will update the post).

“Still waiting for unlock code”

I purchased to have my unlock code sent to me within 1-3 hours..... it never happened. I sent an email and was told that they did not have the unlock code in their data system and had to reach out to their supplier. Well, we are now on day two (2) and no unlock code. I am so disappointed with what was offered. If you cannot unlock the phone, be straight honest and say so and make the refund. Had I known that this was going to take days, I would have purchased the 1-4 day offer and not the 1-3 hour. I should've read the negative reviews before making this purchase. I will not recommend this company and if I don't receive my code I will dispute the charge with my card. I've already approached them with my issue and they are well aware of the situation and have noted my dissatisfaction with Unlock Unit. I am not one to complain, but this is ridiculous.

I know there are a lot of marketing tricks for websites to grow their revenues, but come on...you advertise from 19$ all over the place and when you add something : boom 30$, at least be a little more realistic.

Hi there,
Please understand that the final price depends on the network your phone is locked on and the delivery time. Indeed, there are specific networks which can be harder to unlock, therefore the higher price, but the lowest price for an unlock is indeed $19.

"From $19" which means the price can be FROM (AKA LOWEST PRICE $19, aka different handsets/carriers)....They advertised correctly, you just didn't human efficiently enough to realize what "From" means, maybe you're still a child, let's hope

I paid $25 and they emailed me back like they can't do for my order code at that time so they will refund my money in 5-7 business days. But I haven't get any penny of my refund yet and they stopped reply email to me since then. No refund.. No unlock code and even no reply email to your questions. They don't care and I don't recommend this.

I paid 25$ for an unlock code and I don`t receive anything after 4 mounts. I send them allot of emails for a refund and they said that I receive my money in 1-2 working days, and that was 25 days ago. In my opinion it`s not worth it!

I ordered the service 2014.12.28. (Samsung galaxy S5) and until now (2015.02.08) they did not sent me the unlocking code, nor a refund. I sent them a lot of letters to ask for the code, later for the refund, first they answered the late is because of the holidays and samsung, who provides them the code. After weeks of waiting I wrote them again, no answer. And again, no answer. Then 2 days from my last email they wrote that they sent me a full refund, 12 working days passed, and the refund is not arrived yet. I DO NOT recommend this unlocking site! Hope to get my money back...

I ordered an unlock code for the iPhone 5 for $35.00 several days ago and I haven't received anything yet. I've called customer service and they aren't picking up on either line. I've emailed, and they asked me to forward them the payment confirmation and I've recived no response. This is the worst service I've ever dealt with and I would not refer anyone to this site at all. If you want to unlock your device look somewhere else.

I ordered an unlock code for my Galaxy Note 4. They took my money and promise they will give the code with a maximum of 24 hours. I did not receive the code within 2 days so I emailed them what happen to my code. They give many excuses to delay it. But 10 days have past but still no code has been received. They gave me an option that if I want to refund my money, they can give it to me, but when i decided to refund my money, no one is replying to my messages.

My phone was bought from MACEDONIA cosmofon netwrok operator. They initially charged me $24 after 2 day they replied that they couldn't find the unlock code in the original country database and they could search on the europe samsung database but they asked for extra $10 for it. After I paid they send me a code that doesn't work.I wrote 2 mails explaining that the code doesn't work and still did not get any reply.

I bought Samsung Galaxy Note 5 SM-N920G silver titanium from eBay and I found it region specific unlocked, north American and south America and it will not work in my country Egypt. The seller refuses cancellation, it is locked to north America and south America. What can I do to unlock region lock and make it to work with any GMS carrier?

Just purchased new Galaxy Grand Neo Plus have inserted my orange SIM card, put in my sim code. It's not excepted, the screen is on quedan 10 intentos etc can not get off this screen it also says solo llamadas emergencia. I purchased my phone in Spain and my SIM card.
