Pay for my code 2weeks and no body answers my emails until today. I just receive an answer from this stupid person making fun of my email and not giving me options. This is the worse customer service ever I don't recommend this service at all. I wish I never used this stupid company.

They sent me the code well within the time frame stated and when I emailed them for my code it was sent immediately only to find out it was in my spam folder all along.

Purchased the unlock code for my Galaxy S7. The advertised time was 1-40 minutes. Too good to be true? Yeah it is. Only Wind unlocked my phone in 5 minutes when a store was open. I paid $50 for this service, was first promised 1-40 minutes. Then was told a server update delayed and I would get it the following day (bs excuse but okay). Surprise, surprise, still no unlock code. I requested a full refund. The seller issued a $5.00 refund saying "thanks for your continued patience". No response to emails. Still no unlock code. Very bad service, falsely advertised wait times and expensive to boot. Avoid this service like the plague. Still no unlock code after 2 days.
