I thought these people were reasonable and would be wiling to unlock my phone for $39.99 like advertised.

They want another $80 from me to unlock my phone. On top of that they still advertise iPhone 7 unlocks for Sprint at the same price, even though it's impossible to do so.

Stay away. Not worth the hassle.
