10 days later, 3 times asking for updates. Zero response and zero code from Sim-Unlock.net. For users in the US, $14 is not much (two beers) so I chose to curse their existence instead of getting a refund. Not even worth the disappointment. Avoid without hesitation. Look somewhere else.

I’d give no stars if possible. Paid what appeared to be the full cost upfront and the following day received an email asking for a final payment in order to complete the unlock process which was more than double what I’d already paid. Apparently this information is hidden somewhere in the terms and conditions and their customer service leaves a lot to be desired! I felt like it was a random demand and it all seemed very underhand and deceptive. I won’t ever use them again. Make sure you read ALL the small print before you pay anything.

I order for sim unlock on July 13th to sim unlock and already withdraw 17.99 dollars. Still, they didn't update my request or even I sent several emails they even didn't reply to my email. It's completely junk. Please don't order sim unlock.net

I sent them and inquiry before i make a purchase and got a swift response however once I placed the order and got a confirmation i received no response and no codes. They ignored all email and now we are beyond the maximum processing time and still nothing ... If you have some extra cash to throw away then they would be your best bet, otherwise stay away !! You will get absolutely nothing!!

Paid for a unlock code and got nothing. E mailed them numerous times and haven't received a response at all. Sorry I didn't do research. Got me good !!!

I sent them an IMEI for an Iphone XR. They responded with an email for a completely different IMEI (For an Iphone 6) Sent about one email a week for 4 weeks, never get a response. Note that other customers say same thing. Stay away!

Do not unlock a phone here. I paid $ 26.00 for unlocking a Motorola and they never sent me the code and they kept the money. Share this information so that other people do not happen the same as me. I'M GONNA REPORT THEM

Code ordered 12/31/2018. Payment cleared my credit card account on 1/2/2019 $29.99. I have not received the code by email or through my phone. I have emailed 3 times. Absolutely no response. So far there has been NO customer service and the value for my money is zero.

I paid $9.99 through PayPal last night, and so far, no replies to my pleas for status. STAY AWAY!

Wrong code sent. No replies when asked for correct code and (after obtaining correct code elsewhere) or for refund. poor, irresponsible & ignorant service

having to go through paypal as they completely ignore you once money is safely tucked away in their bank . it seems to be  a shoddy outfit take note of all the other reviews and don't get stung with the getting nothing for your money like me

They cannot unlock all phones even if it clearly shows the phones on their site. Will not offer a full refund as they also pay another company for the codes as admitted by them. Customer Service is absolutely useless! Don't be fooled by the British flag! They are from Poland! You don't get this misleading website and terrible service from the UK. Trust me I live there! Go somewhere else, you'd probably get it cheaper. This site is just the "middlemen", better yet just go to independent stores that unlock. You speak to people and get answers immediately, CS here will reply to your queries just whenever they feel like it and sarcastically!. AVOID!!! Research! You will find a better company than thia.
