One similar web service said they couldn't do it because the phone was too new. The guy in the local unlock shop wanted to charge £25. These guys managed it first time overnight. Excellent service and would recommend them anytime.

Was a bit skeptical at first but gave it a go and wasn't disappointed - code arrived in a couple of hours by email and worked first time with no hassle. I think its slightly overpriced, £20 would've been a fairer amount but some other company's charge more, and some charge less but I went with this company for the positive reviews and having received the code so quickly I cannot fault the service and simplicity of using this service so overall very happy. I didn't have to use customer services themselves so cannot comment there but others did write positively about them so no reason to believe otherwise.

Two attempts by Orange to unlock my phone ... after 10 days no email ... rang them ... asked them what is my IMEI number ... they had it wrong. Corrected and waiting for another 10 days ..... nothing. Rang them again ... they did not know why I had not got it ... They intimated an email had been sent .... no .... not true! They elevated problem second tier ... they assured me all will be ok in 48 hrs. 72 hours later ...still no code so went to Official Samsung Unlock ... 11 hours later Unlock sent me my code!!! Fantastic service ... p.s. still no email front Orange. Confirms why left them I suppose!!

No complaints, got the code after 12 hours and unlocked my S2. Only small issue was the S2 itself said teh code did not work and I spent 30 mins trying to get the unlock menu to appear again. Eventually I realised the code had worked and my S2 was unlocked!!

Spent 10 days + 4hrs of on hold calls, 90 mins on chat and 3 emails with o2 trying to get phone unlocked, contacted officialsamsungunlock and had phone unlock codes 12hrs later, phone unlocked first time - well worth the cost to me. Simple service to initiate and clear precise instruction for doing the unlock.
