Paid for a service only to be told I need to pay more for such service which I stupidly did. They did not provide any such service and ignore all emails I send. Please save your money and do not use this completely useless company.

I paid $30 aus to unlock the phone. They responded that the code was not available, but told me that if I provided MORE money then they would somehow be able to unlock my phone after all. Obviously I declined this, then then provided a useless "refund" that can only be used on their website -to spend on more of their dodgy 'services'. Really, go somewhere else.

I went through the procedure of having my phone checked and then told it could only be unlocked by USIM altogther I paid £4.95 and £29.95 so do all this and hours on computer trying to sort via e mail. This didn't work either. Communication was poor and took ages for a response. I asked for a refund but they seemed to avoid doing this! I went to another company and the unlocked my phone within hours..

Beware!!! I've asked them to unlock my phone which was tied to one carrier and the technician was unsuccessful in doing so. And he proceeded to scold me for not being able to understand what happened. I MEAN THE POINT OF ME GETTING THEIR SERVICE IS TO BE ABLE TO USE A DIFFERENT CARRIER SIM ON MY PHONE AND AT THE END OF THE DAY I STILL CANT! And I have a problem with understanding?? Terrible! Stay away!

Everybody knows that Sprint is using a special simlock on their phones, but DoctorSim has: "100% reliable! In the rare event your phone cannot be unlocked for any reason under doctorSIM's responsibility, we will issue you a full refund." so what could go wrong - Well, they did send codes to go to the hidden unlocking submenu (didn't work) and $25,95 was down the drain. Never ever use this company, save you money !

I did not received my unlock sticker, my order was processed on Wed, Jul 10, 5:27 PM and up to now i have not received my sticker, you claimed it was going to be delivered by DHL Express, but i used the tracking number you sent to check the status and it still at same location, but you sent me a mail that my product is on the way.

I'm sure this review will be removed or pushed to the bottom of the list for telling the truth. I placed an order Feb 21ish they told me the server was down due to maintenance,Which is possible. After 1 month now March 22 no further correspondence from the company. As for their server excuse, What company as big as AT&T would have a server down for more than a couple hours at a time. These large companies only take servers off line for maintenance in the we hours of the morning.A company this large would be back up and running in mere hours even if there server went bad and had to be replaced. Sent an email today to cancel my order we'll see if they reply. In my opinion I would look for a reputable site for your needs. Thank you for taking the time to read this review as I am only trying to keep the rest of you for falling for the same thing, definite bad service...

I had the same problem with an LG K30, and also in the same date, 02/21/19, I place my order, I had the same response but I was always told to request a full refund if I decided to stop waiting for results. I requested my refund the day before yesterday and today i had my money in full today 04/12/2019. having said that, I requested another unlock service, this time for my Samsumg S9, and I can say that they prove what they promise. I had my S9 unlocked in less than 24 hours. EVC

I had requested for IMEI information service. I was told that the service will be delivered on a average of 53 minutes with a guarantee of maximum 24 hours. I raised the requested on Thursday 8:38 AM (GMT +8) and the chatbot mentioned the request in under process and we shall send the information no later than Friday 5th Oct 8:38 AM (GMT + 8). The request is still UNDER PROCESS. With no time horizon for the solution. I am writing this review so that someone from DOCTORSIM may pay attention to this, because aside to the CHATBOT there seems no other way we can reach these SIM Doctors directly.

These is the worse service provider ever, the service is provided by one person only, who apparently deals with the chat service aswell, she admits error on Friday promises to resolve the issue by Monday and refund the amount and on Monday she forgets about what was promised on Friday! Personally “doctor sim is an amateur service” there is no manager to escalate the complain, the contact number provided wasn’t even active, as I work in customer service I find this to be despicable, the level of service is absolutely rubbish, they will keep your money for 14 days although advise that your phone will be unlocked in 7 days after that they want you to pay £52 instead of £17, DO NOT USE THEM YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED,

Failed to unlock my phone within 5 business days. I understand this, that I have no major issue with. The issue is that they failed to provide the service I paid for and still have not refunded me. I’ve already got a local business to do it for me so I no longer need them. I’ve been given ridiculous timeframes for my refund (10-15 days) but as an freelance accountant I know refunds can be done same day. The company just needs to pay a fee, since they are happy to take your money instantly they should also refund it instantly(same day). They failed to provide the service I paid for so it’s their problem not mine if they have to pay a small fee (usually around £2-£5) to refund me. I read 7 articles after I paid doctorsim stating they are not good. Originally I trusted Trustpilot reviews. I read that they have employees write many fake reviews. Since I have been told stories by their customer service, not had my phone unlocked, not received my money back and certainly had the opposite service to what the reviews say, I’m inclined to believe the 7 individual articles I read stating they are not a good company. Avoid at all cost.

doctorsim took my money and never unlock my phone. I had order the premium (which is a lot) for my phone to be unlock, I made my order on July 12th and they said it will take 1-4 business days. On july 15th they sent me a message saying my phone was unlocked, but when I try to put in a different SIM card it was saying the same thing as before. I told them it was not unlocked and sent them my information as requested. On July 16th they message me Saying that the code needs to be recalculate and I have to wait for the there supplier to get back to them. it's Aug 14th and still nothing. No one is replying to messages and when I try to chat with an agent online, they keep giving me the run around. So they can keep the money! I will try a next service and how much u want to bet when the next service unlock my phone doctorsim will message me and tell me it's unlocked.

It's officially been 10 days since the request for unlock, premium service with 100% guarantee, on an AT&T iPhone 6s Plus that is on Next and not blacklisted. The guaranteed delivery was 4 working days and it's been 7 working days already. When contacted via social media and on their website they claimed that the servers from Apple weren't responding and since this was not their fault the refund couldn't be made. When asked for proof of this they claimed that it was happening to a number of phones and they had given maximum priority to my request. When asked about the effect of this category they responded that the technical team would work with special attention on the case. Also, when asked about the contradiction in the fact that maximum priority implied that they were capable of speeding up the process and at the same time they were claiming that it was out of their hands, the representative did not offer any more explanation and informed me that the refund would not be provided.
