I'm sure this review will be removed or pushed to the bottom of the list for telling the truth. I placed an order Feb 21ish they told me the server was down due to maintenance,Which is possible. After 1 month now March 22 no further correspondence from the company. As for their server excuse, What company as big as AT&T would have a server down for more than a couple hours at a time. I had the same problem with an LG K30, and also in the same date, 02/21/19, I place my order, I had the same response but I was always told to request a full refund if I decided to stop waiting for results. I requested my refund the day before yesterday and today i had my money in full today 04/12/2019. having said that, I requested another unlock service, this time for my Samsumg S9, and I can say that they prove what they promise. I had my S9 unlocked in less than 24 hours. EVC

These is the worse service provider ever, the service is provided by one person only, who apparently deals with the chat service aswell, she admits error on Friday promises to resolve the issue by Monday and refund the amount and on Monday she forgets about what was promised on Friday! Failed to unlock my phone within 5 business days. I understand this, that I have no major issue with. The issue is that they failed to provide the service I paid for and still have not refunded me. I’ve already got a local business to do it for me so I no longer need them. I’ve been given ridiculous timeframes for my refund (10-15 days) but as an freelance accountant I know refunds can be done same day. We recommended contacting AT&T to resolve the issue and then get back to us so we can reprocess your request at no extra cost.

If you are unable to contact AT&T, we have a Premium Service with a near 100% success rate which can unlock iPhones that have been blacklisted.

Although it was restored 18 days later, we are unable to know if there is an unlock code in the system for your particular phone until we hear back from the manufacturer. We can confirm that the charge may temporarily appear as pending on your bank statement before being removed.

This is a security measure performed by some banks for particular transactions and which usually takes up to a maximum of 72 hours to clear.
