As Advertised. Samsung S4 Phone on an AT&T Business Contract. AT&T customer disservice lady actually refused to give me the unlock, code despite my having fully paid for the phone after a 3 year contract. DoctorSim response was quick and easy. Now using my phone Internationally with no problems. My only complaint. Advertised 10-14 hour response was more like 30 hours. But on the other hand, I did this over a weekend. I guess the Doctor Sim guys take weekends off too.

As advertised, the unlocking instructions arrived by email a couple of hours after I requested them. The instructions worked without any problems.

Unlocked my iPhone 6S that was in O2 after I had to buy a 2nd hand handset when mine was stolen. Unlocked within the timescale! The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because I noticed the sim worked the handset after trying it out but had no service and it took 3 days for the instructions to come through via email. But we was extremely happy with the service!

It was very simple to register and use. The payment was also very simple to make. It delivered flawlessly with a lit of details and a step by step 'tutorial' on how to unlock my phone. The only minor detail is that it was not within 12 working hours. That's okay for me, and it may vary depending on the country you're making the request. It was very good overall.

Fantastic, thank you, worked perfect the first time. It Took a little longer than I expected to get my instructions but it was still within the time frame of 3 to 12 hours they said it would be. I would use this service again in the future.

The only "but" for me is that I paid for the premium service, on Tuesday, it was processed on wendesday and I didn't receive the code for unlocking until next Tuesday, so it took a whole week. Anyway, my phone is working perfectly and once I receive the email the unlock worked instantly.

Did not receive instruction in the e-mail?. Checked Order Status on line, got my instruction there. Seconds later my phone was unlocked.

I applied for an estimate to have three iphone 5s mobile phones unlocked and received a prompt reply with an acceptable estimate and a message telling me I could pay by Paypal, as I don't have a Paypal account I replied asking for instructions on how I could proceed with the estimate using a card payment, I was disappointed not to receive a reply with instructions on how I could proceed. I then proceeded by requesting an unlock code for the three iphones independently, this request was actioned in a prompt and professional manner. All in all I was very pleased with the end result but disappointed that my request was ignored regarding the multiple unlocking service that is promoted on their website.

Wanted to unlock an rather old Samsung Galaxy Mini S4, and got the unlock code within the 6 working hours (*working* hours : orderd on Sunday afternoon, code received Monday noon). Procedure worked first time, as expected. Overall good experience. Recommended.
