I have written them many times. I have opened trouble Tickets. I have chatted with their staff and still my phone is not unlocked and unusable. They keep saying 2 or 3 more days. But it never happens. They have taken my money as well. I have been forced to file a fraudulent charge With my bank. DO NOT USE THIS CONPANY!!!

This company is a junk. They don't seem to have any clue about T-Mobile devices. I requested for my T-Mobile phone to be unlocked and they debited my account $23.95. After about 24 hours, they said my device is unlocked and sent me one useless code. According to their instructions, I should insert a sim different from the original sim after which I would be prompted to enter a code. I did that but the phone never asked for a code. Apparently, every person with a knowledge of T-Mobile devices know latest T-Mobile devices don't prompt for any unlock code. Instead, all unlocks are done through the T-Mobile device unlock app. To cut the story short, they took my money and didn't unlock my phone. After almost a month of trial with no positive result, they are now accusing me of using a wrong method. So please, don't waste your time and money with them.

Apologies for the inconvenience caused.
We are fully aware that newer phone models from T-Mobile cannot be unlocked in a similar way to other networks because they have a Device Unlock App installed on them. It is for this reason that we have the following message displayed on our website:
"IMPORTANT! Check if the Device Unlock App is installed on your Samsung. If so, select our Device Unlock App Service."
As your phone has the Device Unlock App installed, the service that should have been selected was our Device Unlock App Service. Unfortunately, you selected our Standard Service which cannot unlock your Samsung from T-Mobile and the reason why you received an error message when typing in the code we sent you.
Unfortunately, the entire unlock process is fully automated and we have no way of checking this information for you.

The code they provided did not work and instead actually locked my phone for good. They refused to refund me, despite all the promises they make on their website. I followed the method to the letter and this company has left my phone useless, really not impressed!

Hi,
As per the instructions in the email we sent you with the unlock code, you needed to check to make sure your Sony phone had unlocking attempts remaining prior to typing in the code. The unlock code provided was valid, unfortunately, because the unlocking attempts had been exhausted your Sony couldn't be unlocked.
Nonetheless, in accordance with our email exchanges last week we have already issued you a full refund and the money should be back in your account already, however depending on your bank it may take up to 7 working days.

I payed 28 dollars to get unlocked. Found out I had to sound 100 dollars more to get a mother special unlock. Support was bad. Computer responses to questions. With no refund.

For some phone makes we have more than one unlock service depending on the current status of the phone. Our less expensive service (Standard) requires that the phone meets certain requirements established by the network carrier the phone is locked to i.e. not under fixed-contract or blacklisted. Although this service has a low success rate, we offer it to our customers as there is always a chance it may unlock the phone. If unsuccessful, the only way the phone can be unlocked is via our Premium Service.
If we were unable to unlock your phone for any reason under our responsibility using our Standard Service, you should get a full refund automatically. Please reply to the email we sent you with the unlock code and instructions so we can review your case.

I ordered an unlock code for a Nokia 113 but the code send by doctor SIM is incorrect. Have emailed customer services twice with required information and still no response a week since payment was made. This company has very poor customer service and would not recommend DoctorSIM to anyone.

I have paid you 116 CAD, but you not resolve my iphone 6 anything, my iphone 6 is locked & it into lost mode, its icloud account has been locked & could not reactive it, since I had lost my iphone 6 icloud account information, so I can't active my iphone 6 through apple store, nor apple icloud account support, I must reactive my iphone 6 by icloud bypass or icloud unlock tools, that is why I have paid money to buy icloud bypass or icloud unlock tools, you said you have tools, so I have paid money, but you don't offer me tools, itune is totally useless for my iphone 6, because my iphone 6 iOS must need my icloud account information to reactive, but I had lost all information of my icloud account, so that the key problem is I must have an effective iphone 6 icloud account unlock or bypass tool, that is why I ask you offer me the software tools, if you have tools, just offer it to me , if you don't have any tool, then you have return my money, I'll look for other people. ok?

doctorSIM unlocks cell phones that only work on one network carrier so they can be used on any network in the world. Unfortunately, we cannot disable the iCloud protection on your iPhone 6.
iPhones with the Find My iPhone feature enabled include an additional protection called 'Activation Lock' which prevents users that do not have the original Apple ID and password from using the phone.
If you cannot remember your ID or password, please contact Apple for support.

I have been contacting Doctorsim via email regarding a request that I paid for it,they sent me instructions that never worked...emai after email no help,they ask me tp pay again and request an other codes,I tried to call customer service they never picked. I asked for a refund they said no...this is the worst company that take money from every body...I am shocked for people who did the survey,they must be from people they were paid to do the survey and give them 5 stars...I lost money and I didn't get the unlock code nor my money....I am asking everybody not to trust this website...This is what I wrote when i did the survey. because I didn't get the codes nor my refund you asked me again to pay $23 to do it with device unlock

The reason the unlock code didn't work was because you selected the incorrect service. You requested an unlock code for a phone which has a factory-installed application preventing unlocking via IMEI (unlock device). Your phone can only be unlocked using our Device Unlock App service.
Nonetheless, we have issued you a full refund and it should arrive in your bank account within the next 24 hours but keep in mind that in some cases it may take between 5-7 days.

When I placed the order online, it said 2 two days and 3 hours of the time frame. I called customer service on the third day, not only she was rude but also had loud background Foreigner TV sound that I can hear clearly. I asked when will my order be ready and she said within 30 days, then she hung up on me right after she said that. Worst customer service ever! I wish I went somewhere else!

Hace mas de un mes que compre un paquete para liberar mi telefono, despues de un dia de realizar la compra me informaron que no existia numero para mi celular y que si deseaba el reembolso de mi dinero, lo cual les indique que si que me devolvieran mi dinero, hasta ahi todo bien, me dijeron que en 24 hrs estaria el deposito y que lo veria reflejado de 5 a 7 dias habiles, pues asaron los 7 dias habiles y no hubo reembolso, me comunique por correo a el servicio a cliente y me dijeron que tenia que esperar 10 dias mas, pues pasaron los 10 dias mas y no hubo reembolso, me comunique de nuevo y me dijeron que ya no era problema de ellos sino de mi banco, que lo resolviera mi banco, hable a mi banco y me dijeron que no habia reembolso alguno por parte de la empresa y el cobro por el servicio seguia reflejado en la cuenta de doctor sim, pues nuevamente me comunico a doctor sim y ya no hubo respuesta, por mas correos que he enviado, son una estafa, confie en la empresa por todas las buenas opiniones que lei, pero LA REALIDAD ES QUE ME ROBARON Y SE QUEDARON MI DINERO, NUNCA NOTE POR PARTE DEL EQUIPO DE DOCTOR SIM, UN DESEO POR RESOLVER MI PROBLEMATICA, ME DIERON LARGAS Y AL FINAL DEJARON DE RESPONDER MIS CORREOS Y NUNCA ME DEVOLVIERON MI DINERO. A SIDO UN HORRIBLE EXPERIENCIA, NO LOS RECOMIENDO EN LO MAS MINIMO

Befor payment it says 1 to 20 hours to recieve the code...juste after payment it showed 1 to 3 days to recieve the unlocking code...BUT I HAVE WAITED FOR 7 DAYS and still NO CODE...the online help desk do not answer but when they do, they keep repeating we are working on it.****..DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HER..******
