I was not sent any instructions on how to unlock my phone. Just some codes which I do not see any abbreviations for. The website advertises that you will receive a code and specific instructions. This is not true. Hopefully, instructions are actually sent and I can unlock my phone.

I've had my iphone for nearly 2 years and in that time I had never been able to use it!! not once. I live in Barbados and had bought the phone from the US thinking that it was factory unlocked. Numerous attempts and literally hundreds of dollars later, the phone still wasn't unlocked! I cant thank you guys enough! Sure I was sceptical at first: more money down the drain I thought! But boy was I in for a surprise!! The website was easy to navigate and most importantly secure..... After completing my transaction, I shut down my laptop and went to sleep. lol. How beautiful it was to see the name of one of our local provider (DIGICEL) right there in the top left hand corner of the phone!! Words cant describe that feeling! Out of the dozens of sites available, I chose this one because I wasn't forced to sign up for a PayPal account, with its 20,000+-word User Agreement. The payment processor this site used has a much shorter, very reasonable set of Terms and Conditions.

Even though this site was slightly more expensive than some others out there, it was still a fairly cheap way to make my phone (a gift from an overseas relative) usable as a phone in my country, and the extra expense was worth it to avoid PayPal's user agreement.

Needed emeregency unlock code for my HTC Wildfire as we were going to USA for 4 weeks & needed to use a USA Sim to avoid astronomical roaming charges! Unlockscodes came up trumps, supplied the code promptly and at a reasonable cost. They provided the link to a website for instructions on unlocking the relevant phone and it was simple to complete - unlocked successfully so California here we come!!
