Att block my phone after change for a different provider. I called them at technical support.They ignored me multiple times. Denied service. I found you guys and in 2 days you guys emailed me all the info. You guys rock. Att I waited for 5 days and they keep sending me different route.

Placed an order on April 9,2022. Today is April

17,2022. Still have no unlock code. Have emailed

"support" several times and they do not reply after

repeated demands for a refund. Monday I'm going to

my bank with the screenshots from this website

showing all the people who were tricked. I will be

filing a dispute to get my money back. I've also sent

everything over to my attorney who stated he is going

to look into their business license and try to get it

pulled, as they are tricking people. Attorney is going to try and get charges on them, if they are in the United States and this isn’t some scheme from overseas.

I paid for a service I never received zero response from emails PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE

They will take your money and never reply to your email or support ticket. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Took my money and no unlock code was ever given to me! I could not even get a email response from them. $24.99 and nothing.

i bought a code and after a month of getting the run around i had to open a paypal case to get my money back they are very unhelpful and just told me to get a new pohone & refused to give me my money back. the worst out there by far.

I highly recommend this company. I tried another one and after 3 days and a "sorry no code", I tried this one. I wish I did first! They say 1-3 days, but I had my code in a few hours! Definitely worth a little more money! I wouldn't hesitate to use them again! Oh, and yes, the code worked with no issues!!

Be advised that these guys are good at ripping you off. I can't believe that the television show Get Connected would recommend this phoney site. My numerous emails go unanswered. There is no live chat nor customer service. I tried reaching them by phone and was informed that "all agents are busy,please leave a message after the tone" Yeah, right. My message,of course, was never answered. So,today I contacted them via a different email and name. I was inquiring about a discount if they would unlock four Samsung phones. I received a response within an hour!! Yes,they could give me a 10% discount and provided me with a coupon number. How they got so many good reviews is beyond me. They can't be all phoney. Now I have to deal with PayPal for a dispute resolution.
