Worst Customer Service Ever !

I am still try to get my $100.00 rebate from the promo they had in the winter of 2012 if you purchased a smart phone they would send you $100.00 I have called customer support people and they tell me every that I will get the rebate next month I have called them at least 4 times the last time I asked for a supervisor and the guy hung up on me. I will never do business with them.
