Customer Service?
I ordered a laptop keyboard. The website says most orders are received in 3 - 7 days. I gave them two weeks and called to get the status. Did not receive a call back. Once I saw all of the comments from others having a similar experience, I called my credit card company to report it and told HooToo to cancel the order
