A very impressive range of accessories, would recommend

After buy my new phone on this page and battery kept on going off very soon at third month my phone is unusable,the back part of it its burnt literaly,battery dies within half an hour and the phone goes off at the time the screen goes off. I texted to this page about it and the answer was buy new battery and that was all texted them again sent them videos of the problems and not having any answer yet.

Will never buy anything from here.

Do not fall for the false advertising it says it has "sapphire glass! its NOT TRUE! Their description specifically says "Equipped with sapphire 2 lenses, high resistance to wear" . True Sapphire glass is suppose to protect from scratching and cracks. In addition because of the small size of a watch glass sapphire glass is extremely hard to crack. My watch cracked just from basic everyday use broke within 1 week of it being used. Customer service is horrible! The person in touch with me is absolutely st**!?!d. I got the watch late Jan, used it for a good week then it had scratch and cracked only form everyday use, so i emailed them early Feb they said they are on holiday and email after a week or so which i i did then they respond to me saying i had the watch too long, i told them thats not true and gave tehm the timeline. So CS comes back saying i should have used screen protector then gave me false hope of giving an exchange for the watch that i need to pay shipping to return i say ok i will pay shipping give me info how to do it. Then she comes back saying they dont hae the power to give refund i sai i dont need refund i need an exchange. She comes back saying they have no power to do that! they said it is just the item i received and it doesnt have functional failure! Again reiterated to them that there is functional failure. Se comes back saying sorry i cant return it its just the item you got. Ok so it measn its just the item i got meaning its a BAD item! Horible Horrible Service. Goodluck if you ended up talking to a meiqin.xiao , you will never get anywhere! I will NEVER BUY from this site again and will make sure i get this review into every blog an social networking sites. Also meiqin.xiao keeps on responding to my emails stupid things like i need a screen protector like for the celphone and i make suchj a big deal when i only spend $79 for it. What an idiot! I dont care if i only sopend $1 if you advertised your product having certain feature you have to make sure it really has that! No luck in resolving this i only get stupid response that i need screen protector. what a piece of crap!!

Ordered a playstation 3 controller for my nephew.....3 weeks after order and 'shipment confirmation' nothing has arrived.....no response to emails so have no choice but to write off the money. It was only around £7 but if this company is doing this to thousands of people they are making an unknown amount. Please do not waste your money by ordering on this site

Guys, Please be careful to buy anything from this seller as you won’t believe after 3 months I haven’t received my item and refund back from them till today. I have been using online website for consumer purchase last 10 year using EBAY, Ali express, China Buy, DHgate, Ever buying, tinydeal etc…but I never face such a worst purchase and ridiculous experience in my whole life.

Just explain my story may be take time to read but I try to save your money as I have bough tablet with registered post on 4th April 2014 after not receiving item after 20 days I start asking regarding delivery status, they have provided tracking number, checked and contacted our local post office with this tracking number which is not valid in your country yes, correct tracking number provided by them totally rubbish and they keep going with this and waste my time. Then I have made RMA request (copy from website) RMA No.: RMA1404230092, Order ID: FPTZFEQG12NH Request Type: Request refund, SKU: CE0895P/1; Complaint Reason: Order Not Received, You started this RMA Request at 23/04/2014 17:43:39. After RMA request just keep going till today. Also in between I have contacted by email and finally I have also contacted another email address millions of times but helpless and feel like I am bagging to them for my money but they all are heartless. Also try to contact PayPal to not allow using their service and made complaint to them and still in contact with provide all information.

Guys, you won’t believe it till today 28/06/2014 I am keep asking refund from this seller and finally decided to forgot my money and try my level best to help other people will not part of this kind of thing from this seller as we couldn’t not go to China and get money. Please check and compare price & review some of this websites before you buy from Focal price. everbuying.com, banggood.com, tinydeal.com, dinodirect.com,

I make a list of 10 reasons to don´t buy in focal price:

1 - The products don´t have quality. I receive a broken phone.

2 - The products take a lot of time to arrive (I am waiting by 3 months for a functional phone).

3 - If you have problems with the product, to have your money back have to send the item to china. Normal, but you have to pay 70% of sending cost, even if the fault is them.

4 - Focal price take a lot of time to respond too messages.

5 - They receive the money and only after this, say to you that don´t have the product in stock.

6 - The comments, rantings and videos don´t are real. I post a comment, rating and a video and don´t be aproved by them. They select the information that show in the website.

7 - The live chat don´t work.

8 - Most of the products they don´t have in stock and don´t ship in 3 days like say in the webite.

9 - Don´t meet the delivery deadlines.

10 - If your phone is broken, focalprice tell you to pay more for new one.

on 1/14 i ordered a smartphone from focalprice . not my first order from this site,but this time,after a month the phone died.i contacted custemer service . they are playing around for the last 2 weeks with no solution!!! worse service ever!!!

I got my smartphone from this internet store. Prices was very good and the device works just fine, thought it is No Name.
