“Poor customer service”

Poor customer service at Stratford Westfield and Stratford Centre Carphone Warehouse stores. In both cases it was poor - we experienced long waits, staff gave misleading information and just could not be bothered. We left without completing our sale - were told by staff to return "tomorrow"!
