Do not use!

I have just had my Samsung Galaxy Tab fixed by them and would not recommend them for the following reasons:
- Their quotation changed from a reasonable price to a more expensive one if I wanted to remove the "bubbles" on the screen repair. I therefore had to pay more.
- Their quotations over the phone do not include VAT so appear cheaper, this is not made clear.
- Once they have your device you can only communicate via email.
- I provided a passcode twice but they claim I didn't and so they sent the tablet back without fully inspecting it. I'd paid £140 plus VAT so the least they could have done is call me for it so that they could do a proper inspection! The "back" key is not working though and they are insisting I pay for postage to send it back to them. I expect that they will then charge for further repairs plus the return postage so I am not bothering to return it.

Please learn from my mistake and use a reputable company. It will cost you less in the long run. Also look at other reviews of this company. I think I got off lightly!
